On what car? - on a G60 it's best to delete as you can't fit the oil filter in there if not and this engine has no real issues getting up to temp quickly.
-
Just buy the correct bits from GPC mailorder - nice and light so postage won't be much!
-
Doesn't New Tyres 2 you do MOT's?
-
As above, could well be pinking now as weather is getting hotter! Worth trying some 100RON fuel or maybe retarding the timing slightly by turning the distributer clockwise (make sure you mark the original position first)
-
The ABS ring is seperate - £9 from VW They always recommend new ones every disc change as the old ones will distort when you remove them, you need wheel bearings too at the back. I'd do the fronts - much easier job than the rears!
-
It's the original arms that are the problem on Corrado's so these don't work any better... Even on a MK3 they don't work any better than that standard ones but do look more moderm Cheaper from VW by the way - around £17 the set.

^ Haha, or stop when it's wet! -
Deffo sounds like thermostat - should be up to temp in 5 mins in this weather... under 80c and it will be stuck on the fuel enrichment map.
-
195 on an 8" 225 is the recommended width!
-
Ok, well if it's dot 4 fluid then you need a new master...
-
Cool - curves look good, must be a nice drive!
-
Maybe yeah - worth just removing the stereo to test
-
Could be a speed sensor on the gearbox - about £15 new Also sometimes mobile phones can cause this if placed close to the dash cluster.
-
Yeah you can buy the bosch part and get in soldered but it's tricky and as said above you can also use the sensor from a MK4 TDI I think. If you can find a Rallye ECU for under £200 I'd get it!

As I said in the email mate - well worth paying for an hour's RR time to get it setup - not like your far from Stealth! -
Strange - you'd expect 1 Bar (14/15 PSI) to produce that power... Be interesting to see the graphs inc the torque plot I reckon it must have had a ported head at some point. I assume it feels good to drive - at that BHP should feel similar to a VR but faster / more urgent.
-
Could be the master - seem to have a few people have had to change these this year, getting pretty old now if still on the original!
-
Should be 4 as far as I know - the earth then attaches to the engine mount bracket.
-
Sebrings - I think VW still did them last time we checked... that's the best place to try first really
-
Hehe - you live in Scotland don't you? - wipers are probably never switched off! Ok... test drive a TT and take it back with Corrado wipers :)
-
Wullie, Yep - that mod does work well and sorted most of us out until the Lupo mod was discovered... Now the TT wipers are even better, almost perfect I'd say so if you've got a spare £100 I'd highly recommend visiting your local Audi dealer!

They potentially ran more boost than a standard Golf G60
