Don't use second hand parts! - the slave is about £30 and new ones are plastic inside rather than metal so they don't fail like the originals!

All Corrado's are based on the MK2 floorpan, I'm fairly sure the seats won't fit a mk3 polo as the runners are narrower...

Have you got a full closure alarm?? - this could be the problem Also check the door handle switch wires and check they are not corroded and shorting...

Yeah, Pilkington are sh1te... The OE make is Sekurit and they are about £80 to the trade I think... VW charge £240 for the same screen but with the VAG logo's...

They deffo got the late spec and the trim options were much better than over here, we saw loads of different styles of cloth when we were over there...

The valves are now obselete but you may as well just buy the complete pipes new - about £7 each from GSF or VAG... In theory tho for safety you should also fit a mk3 matrix too - about £30 from GSF

The VR ECU logs fault codes so it will keep any since the last reset... Crank sensor is about £140

But with the G60, you can spend around £500 on it and get them near to 200 bhp!

For a standard G60 always use W6DPO - there is no substitute... As Sam says, use the colder W5 DPO's for moderatly to highly tuned / modified engines...

I got my Bentley from amazon.ca for less than £50 posted... (not sure if they are still that cheap but worth a look...) VR Rads - VW's price is £132 inc vat if you get a decent discount and it comes with the plastic elbow unlike the GSF ones (and alot better quality too!)

Did they actually take the sump off and have a look? may be blocked oil pickup or as Matt says, a shagged pump...
