  1. Just had a look at it - strangly I was outside about 2 hours ago messing around with mine and a brand new CO pot (£40 from VAG) I set the new one to 580 Ohms before fitting it - same as the old one was reading across the two outer pins... will do the tests in the document and report back...

  3. VW can tell you the chassis from the registration... also what about any old garages you've used / MOT centres..?
  4. Hmmm... maybe do a voltage test at the plug and then the output of the pack...
  5. Yeah - does it *sound* like it's on full??? - if so then maybe sticky flaps :-P Check the resister pack - the resister may be leaking...

  8. Yeah - sounds like the stat... Not having the matrix in circuit shouldn't make much difference in this weather... apart from you'll be freezing your balls off!
  9. Hmmm - is it a proper Valeo one?? Is it switching at all 4 speeds?
  10. Yep, the plastic sleeve also wears out - new ones aren't that much from the dealer or GPC do some chromes ones for about the same price... I also fixed an old pair using a large tube of heatshrink... yet to try them out tho...
  11. I think the shocks come with a lifetime warranty but I may be wrong...

  14. I get about 57 on average... :lol: If you have a search on here you'll find a few threads already about this...
  15. They must be 15's if they were fitted to a G60, they do look like smaller solitudes in the pic as the spokes are not as long...
