Yup, mine usual running temp has gone up 6 degrees since the Stage 4 rebuild, chip and 68mm pulley despite the mocal cooler! More power=more heat generated

If your gonna just replace one then you'll need to get the same type/make so may be worth asking the manufacturer directly... But if one has broken then its probably best to change all 4 as they are all the same age and also look for the cause of why it broke in the first place... -

Yep, its an ATE part and should be around £50 from VW now depending on what discount you get... as Mike says its just below the master cyl on the servo... Pump the brake pedal to release the servo vacumn and use a mirror to see underneath it and a flat blade screwdriver to release the clip.

Yep, get some metal strengthened hangers from C&R, if its knocking on the strut you may need to put a dent in the backbox...

If its had it from the start then I'd keep using it - I take it they were using the 15W-50? and not the 0W-30 as it is way to thin and will start to leak all over the place as the engine gets older...

I think its probably best to buy a complete wishbone from VAG as they come with the bushes, also get the BJ's too...

The Eibachs should give a 30-35mm drop... Your question depends entirely on what offset and width your wheels are...
