    I'd say OE (sachs) shocks and new Top mounts / bumpstops where needed... or maybe a cheap Kit if you want to lower it?
  3. Yep, there are a few shells without and It didn't seem to have any relation to weather they had aircon or not.... :?
  4. Yep, I've got one from a mk2 somewhere, I think its a Vag part to so will match better than other ones, I'll try and get a part number....
  5. Yeah, sounds like the pads may have become shiny... either not run in properly after a change or new discs needed as they may be distorted... If you havn't done anything brake related latley may be best to take the pads off and sand them slightly and re-grease and if there worn change them and maybe the discs too
  6. Cool, I think thats what stealth fitted to mine - Am I right in thinking they make the car sit higher than the originals? - that would explain why my Koni's had to be on the highest rear setting to compensate...
  7. Both G11 and G12 have been replaced by G12+ (which you can mix with either)

  10. Nope, checked all the boost pipe's / wiring and we know the valve timings ok... I'll drop Darren a line and see if he has any ideas... :? Symptoms are... Jerky Cold start Slightly Rough Idle Low Boost = 0.7 Bar Higher fuel comsumption Accellerates ok but does not seem smooth or very responsive...
  11. Yeah, thats becuase it doesn't have as high an Alcohol content as other brands... will be more friendly to your window seals as well

  13. The FRP driveshafts are just standard Puma (Fiesta) ones are they not, I think its a fairly common fault for them to go but Ford should pay! I don't know what you meant to do if you increase the engine power at all, I suppose the only option is to fit ones from the ST2000 or is it the Focus RS... (£400 each tho!)

  15. Have a good look at the fuel tank, the filler neck goes up the rear arch and is a prime area for corrosion if not kept clean, if its going then a whole new tank is needed....

  21. Admitedly this was with some serious partsclub discount... £8.49 +vat But, even if they only give 10/15% off its usually cheaper and sometimes you get a free oil filter too... Same with the G12+ too, on the shelf its more but discounted its about £3
