Only for Win 2k.. I'll have a look when i get hold of ETKA 6 - does Kev have a copy?
-
Mate, Its built into XP - just right click and properties on the shortcut... Its not MS - its just ETKA 5 is years old.... BTW - Just doing a Zenworks 4 course, think i'll be making an ETKA 5 snAPPshot soon....
-
for ETKA 5 (and probably 6 too) in XP pro you need to run the program in Win 98 compatability mode! (In 2k I could only get it to work with the compatability tool in the Recourse Kit)
-
Yup, as far as I know all parts are the same but not sure if the LHD is reverse of RHD???
-
The GSF and ECP expansion tanks are a bit dodgy, get one from VAG, there about 18+vat....
-
lol - I think he just assumed that the Track rods were an integral part of the rack and not replaceable seperatly.... amatuer!
-
I think thats just the bonding stuff, the seal is only available as a unit with the glass
-
Yeah, I can't believe they don't stock them anymore but like you say its only that engine, I just ordered a couple for my stocks...
-
There only pennies from VW but you get them free if you have a testdrive of a new car...
-
A can of Tyreweld is just as good as a spacesaver in most circumstances
-

-
Cheers for that Joe, just waiting for the hoses now so I can check the size clips i require unless anyone has a list somewhere??
-
You use you Corrado as a Taxi
-
I've got a full set of Samco's on the way, coolant and induction but wondering what clips to use... I have heard Samco do there own but they don't come in the kits or are new Jubilee's the best way to go?
-
Altho GPC could probably get one for you mailorder... http://www.gpcvwaudi.com
-
And I think the Blue Igniters are designed so it will just clip on
-
Its an ATE part, about £50 from VW and is situated where Andy says... To change it pump the pedal to release the servo vaccum, unplug it then using a mirror you need to slide a small screwdriver underneath it to release the clip then it just pulls out... They come with some coloured bits of plastic that sit on the end so you should change like for like...
-
Yep, you need the res to install it - why not connect the laptop to another screen
-
Apart from the cluster itself - it could be a bad earth on the gearbox, dodgy wiring or a faulty speed sensor on the box (my G60 one was bad, kept dropping out, was only about £15 from VW - this started happening after a clutch replacement BTW  )
-
Jeees - only just saw this!!! There was a hell of a lot of rain here last nite but if it looks like the road i think it is I'm not sure how you came off there as its pretty straight?? - are you sure you didn't have some sort of mechanical failure?? I'm pretty sure it would be written off by insurance but someone will be able o fix it privatly, like Kev says it looks pretty superficial damage really (check the sump etc tho) - Hope you get it sorted anyways mate :|

Must be US then...
-
You can get one out of a Corrado in one peice, the bodyshop did this when they had to respray the side of mine, but they got a glass company in to do it - I would find a scrapyard that has one and arrange a glass company to come and get it out for you.... (they are about £300 from VW IIRC)
-
Yep, reverse lights are not needed for MOT
-
You don't want to know how much they are from VW either as the seal and glass come as one unit...
-
There talking sh*te then!
