That interior is mint! You cant beat an original unmolested example and in one of the best colours too. Dont they drive nice on standard suspension.

If these are the same as the later cars they are obsolete from VW now. What about this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Corrado-Rear-Badge-New-Obsolete-/271603647451?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f3cd6c3db

Technically, the ones in the picture dont, I p.x'd the ones on the pic with OSV. Yours are the ones off his silver one! Still nice tho'
-
Right guys, price for the brackets will be £23 posted if thats OK? I have 10 sets available at the moment but can always get more made if needed.
-
your Corrado looked awesome on Sunday, I really like it with the orange indicators and the black door handles. I'm really jelous of the starter motor though. It was definately made to wear RS's too, they just suit the silver perfectly. look forward to seeing the updates with the new driveshafts and all the other bits you've got. Congrats on the trophy too.

Yeah, VAGHAG's special brackets needed a bit of fettling so these will be done for next week hopefully. Yes, more then happy to post a set of brackets, I'll put the price on including postage.
-
Thats fine Hasan, I should have the cost for the bracketes shortly. No I dont, can you PM me please.
-
Any chance I could pop up to see you with a set and try against the radiator please? I'm free Thursday night.
-
Sorry Hasan, I meant to get back to you, the brackets are for 11" and 9" i believe (the ones in the links in this thread). Two 11" fans would not fit on the radiator unfortunately but people tell me the 11" and 9" are more then enough for the corrado.

I've been to this show for the last 2 years. The first year was really good as they laid the cars out in rows, each row being a decade the cars were made. Last year it was just a free for all and didnt enjoy as much. Corrado looks good.

Had the old faithful toothbrush out giving the underneath a quick clean, not that it really needed it and quite amazing for a 19 year old car before (just round the fuel lines really): And afterwards: And a general floor pan shot: Also, my mates son is a sign writer so got some show plates made up: and fitted: And first VW show with the storm at E38 this weekend resulted in this: The car won 'best standard' category at E38 2014, really pleased I wasn't sure about edition38, i'd been about 8 years ago and wasn't impressed and thought it would be full of new cars on air. How wrong was I, it was a fantastic show, more mk1's, mk2's I'd seen anywhere and the standard was unreal(and that is an understatement). The dutch cars where something else completely with a crazy level of detail. The E38 crew where also spot on, didn't think they would give a standard corrado the time of day but they wanted to know all about it. Couldnt recomend it enough and will be back next year!

-

I'm after the 'corrado' badge.
-
I'm after an 'as new' corrado script badge for the rear if anyone has one going spare. Silver/chrome type. Long shot but worth a punt!!!! Cheers

Those wheels are completely original and possibly one of only a handful of untouched 301's. They were Gareth's until he sold up. If you take the centre cap off there should be a date stamp on there. Possibly 22 years old!! I definitely wouldn't take the bolts out! Car will be great next year, can't wait to see it!
-
Completely transformed the look of the car James. Glad you got them. The only thing I'd say is that the RS's are built up then lacquered to seal the wheels. If you take the bolts out you will break the lacquer and probably get corrosion on the dishes. I may be wrong but Gareth would know for sure.

Excellent replacement for the corrado Darren! Bet it goes like stink.. Good choice on the manual gearbox too.
