  1. Hi Rob, Those dont look like the ones I put on the VR, I'd definately say they are the wrong part. They should by just an 'L' section ring like the rusty one in the picture
  2. I got a price for pressing the bushes in and it was in the hundreds of pounds! it may be cheaper to just replace them. If you don't use the corrado bushes and they are genuine, I'd probably be up for buying them from you.
  3. I drilled through the rubber so the middle fell out then saw cut through the outer shell that is still in the beam. The only metal wire bit I can think of around that area is the handbrake cable clips, these just pull out the end of the beam.
  4. Excellent stuff, prepare to be extremely busy and wealthy by Christmas then.
  5. Classic green seems to be a multitude of greens with the addition of a blue! Shame you won't make the national day next year, it was a good laugh this year and the camping was great.
  6. Wow Sean, that looks a fantastic paint job! Bet you won't dare take it down bruntingthorpe now! Classic green really shines. Looking forward to seeing it.
  7. 535 837 476 01C is a window slot seal inner Sean. its the right hand side too.
  8. Did you have a broken one you could post if I cover the postage pls?
  9. Not sure on that one, I'll have a look. I reckon it will definately need to be a refurb job. think I'll look for a spare badge to work with.
  10. The ones on ebay in primer are a silver / grey colour, I think the base colour needs to be black. If the badges are hot foiled and not painted then I suspect they cannot have paint on them.
  11. I was actually thinking of a badge restoration rather then making a new badge, maybe on an exchange basis. If i can get someone to do the silver work on an existing badge.
  12. I've been looking Into the Corrado badges myself, out of interest what quantities do you think could be wanted in a group buy?
  13. No, I posted that in the new members section!
  14. Maybe it is actively being sold... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volkswagen-Corrado-2-9-Hatchback-VR6-/151417239788?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item23412bb8ec
  15. Anybody had any experience of this stuff, looks perfect for preventing the stone chips, especially for those investing in new paint. Cant see a price anywhere though.
  16. I think I know what you mean.
  17. Shame about the m3 Daren, hope your not having regrets on selling your VR.
  18. I can see a use for our laser profiler again!!!
  19. Wow, I want that Lhasa green mk1
  20. Looks very tidy. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOR-SALE-Volkswagen-Corrado-VR6-/121440047105?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276
  21. I used DLUX on mine Matt and they came up really well, this is similar to gtechniq I think. Make sure you clean them with Isopropyl alchohol spray first and give them a good scrub!
  22. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C512572 This looks nice, low mileage, last owner for 22 years and good price.
  23. Hi tony, they have all gone but I'm going to try and get a few more done soon. I'll let you know. Cheers Hasan. Sorted the special brackets today with chris so all sorted.
