  1. that's quick for a chubby Corrado. Hats off.
  2. apparently at BVF you were both. :)
  3. yeah definitely. You can add gloss later as you see fit.Nice to see it coming forward.
  4. that is exciting. this is something I want to explore,to be involved in some form of competition. :) Good luck and keep us posted.
  5. Ask at your local automotive engineering shop, they maybe able to supply/fit or tell you who can in your area. I don't know if any of the big chains sell stuff like that.
  6. there should be zero play in the crank sprocket. The one that drives the cam belt.
  7. Have you unhooked the vac hose and the instrument cluster loom plug? Should come out with no drama.
  8. it's your car each to their own fella but I have to agree with Junkie. Knowing you you'll go your own way anyway. :)
  9. i don't think the CO pot comes into affect at 3.5k rpm.. I think it is just the idle mix.
  10. do u you have a driveway? did you ask him about doing the fast idle test? what are the idle emissions like anyway? Are they borderline?
  11. doh, been checking this thread all afternoon. Disappointed I am. Anyway looks like whatever it is kicking out is healthy.
  12. i was oing to ask where the leak was.. well good luck.Let us know the outcome. :)
  13. hmm.. do they have different laws there? Yours is 92 is it not? I know up to a certain month in 92 you don't have to pass a fast idle test in the UK. Just have to have a clean idle. blowing exhaust letting air into the system and confusing the lambda will not help mate.
  14. true true. Although it will just be a biggish car with a small engine with feck all compression with the charger. I guess it gets you out of dodge for a while. Or you could just end the auction early??!? Probably what i'd do.. It fuels for MAP so it will be ok'ish.
  15. also... as CCGB Merchandise Manager, what's your role? Do you supply the class A's ? Sorry u gotta larf mate.
  16. if/wen u turn the body work around you'll get your scouts badge of honour. Although i'm not sure you'd be allowed any where near scouts to receive it. :)
  17. I bet you've been looking forward to doing the body work!?? :)
  18. cool. always been curious to see your car. :) :salute:
  19. Well done. So will you try and keep ontop of it once a year or something,as it's obviuosly going to pick up grime again unless u trailer it everywhere. :)
  20. You made that look easy.Mine need doing.I must empty the swear jar in readiness.
  21. as above taking front of car off is quick and easy and good practice as it can make quite a few diy corrado jobs alot easier. Makes a radiator change alot simpler.
