    awesome, my kit is on the way (be it a 68mm pulley as i do allot of miles) cant wait to get it fitted!! :D happy days are not far away!!

    zimmerman cross drilled disks are pants, mine all cracked up within six months wouldnt touch em with a bargepole!

    hmm im gonna try the waggle trick when i set off home in a min as my electric morrors have stopped working all of a sudden, (mind you i only adjust them once in a blue moon to check where the kerb is when parking as no one else drives my car,, ) so crudding up sounds perfectly possible

    they arent RA`s as ra`s are the standard 15" golf gti 16v rims,,,

    maybe if there was a really bad bearing as in slimbo`s case this would make the engine have to work harder with the clutch out so the idle stabilisation would compensate, and then on depressing the clutch this extra load is relieved and it takes a second or so for the idle to re stabilise? bit far fetched but maybe?

    the same bloke does tsr`s heads and c and r enterprises heads, GVK on the club gti forum had his done direct from the bloke and saved a few quid,,

    rear shocks on a raddo are exactly the same as a mk2 golf 16v, its only the springs that are different,,
