Haha not at £620 im not going first :lol: I think i could probably source parts cheaper and upgrade as i go along but as krnau said, the exhaust manifold looks almost identical to the saab one i posted first i've seen kr / 9a / abf exhaust manifolds ready for turbo go for 150€ on egay... I wouldn't risk to get the saab one personally..

I once showed interest for a KR turbo kit worked out of scrap yards, which was only missing the inlet manifold, and it did include the turbo... at a cost of 80& for the lot.... and the chap said that the kr injectors and the k-jet metering head was suitable for up to 200hp; neither was the compression though I had been investigating on turboing a kr with oem fuel management and keeping oem block as well some time ago, and you will need a vaccum "retarded" (retarded? sorry can't think of a better word now!) distributor, and many other bits but this would be the hardest to find I think. keeping k-jeet wouldn't be the best way to go, but it's easy to maintain and to know what is going wrong in there.... or at least easier than EFI in my opinion

norty! Try taking a wire brush to the nozzle at the bk. Its sits on the joint of the washer arm (where the washer turns) Or better still, remove it and give it a good clean. They often get blocked so that may be the problem. After that i would check the motor on the bottle, can you hear the motor working when you activate the washer? If it is working then just leave it on for a while and get a mate to check to see if anything comes out. My washer takes about 30-45 seconds to get the liquid to the back of the car but i think thats because i have a leak somewhere down the pipe run :( :| I think I'll better remove that pipe :lol: I never use it anyway so I prefer not having any water transported to the back of my car, just in case the pipe broke.. yes, I'm a magnet for things breaking!

yes, removing the bracket is the way, that's what I did in mine :D btw, if you remove the bracket in the spartan way (like me), it will become useless :lol:
