I have a excellent passenger wing I was/am saving. It's not perfect but not far off. If someone were to offer £120. I will let them come a relieve me of it.

Sensors Yellow went to black 4 pin Blue 2 pin Black with green strip 2 pin Check out the stickied cooling guide

I have the cubby. Although it looks like one tab is broken that holds the heater control. You can't tell when it's together and it doesn't need that tab because of a metal one behind it. If you send me your email I'll send some pics. Other than that it looks good

Isn't the brown sensor for aircon. Looks very nice. Are you selling the LM's, if you are can I put my name down.
-
Good stuff. Do you want to sell the left one you have left 😂

Sorry if treading on Anna's toes but did people know that the 2.0l litre is the same as the vr6 but with an extra lug/bracket welded on. So if you have a rusted vr6 one remove the lug from it measuring centres before of course and weld it on to the another one. It's easier to find a 1800 or 2000 one in good nick than a vr6 one, that's what I found anyway. Hope this helps someone who is stuck now and can't wait.

Ever feel like owning a Corrado is like have a disease?

The best thing is when you've fixed things and cleaned rust up etc, 5 years later you need to start over again. As time just keeps on coming -
I might have what you are after message me your email and I'll send some picks

Get one with nice interior, Recaro if pos? no rust around window rubbers, no rust in boot. Check the windscreen very carefully, I didn't, very expensive it's a complicated lesson. Clean engine bay, runs ace with clean oil. Underseal looks untouched, no iffy jack ups or rust bubbles. 4k plus if better. Trade off the above if you spot the above. It won't be perfect, but fixing everything else is relatively cheap and easy

Only being honest matey. They are all old cars, I've got 2 I bought for around 3k a few years ago. The one I've spent the most most money on is more reliable and has a better driver feel. You have to be realistic and open minded as to what the previous owner hasn't done, as opposed to what they tell you it has had done
-
3k will need time and money. Even with low mileage. You have to be realistic about what somebody wants to part with for the kind of money you are the talking about.

I Agee with the above comment, I have another spare set of these roof trims after just fitting a set to my newly painted baby. I'm not interested in selling for £600. I wouldn't fit these to a car that wasn't in new paint looking great that I'd just bought for 3k. Each to there own it's a free world, don't judge people to your limits and sentiment

I got some original VW ones off ebay last week 12 for £10

If you're not getting warm air, could be the matrix has been bypassed already

Plastic back plate that comes with the speakers that is. You don't need to do anything with the door card. You probably don't need the plate, but I thought it for the best to make it fit. Has any one else fitted these without the plate
-
The holes on the speakers were in the right place, just a little small. The plastic back plate however needs serious surgery.

If the blue is for the ecu. Isn't it the yellow one that was superseded with a back and blue that does the clocks and fans. I'm not totally sure though. Does anyone know what the electricle bit at the bottom of the radiator does and the other sensor in thermostat housing. Could do with a list of what all three do and what the one in the rad does

Good stuff Jim, you deserve a beer. I hope your cheeks are aching from all that grinning.
