  1. I think I read you need green bulbs or somet if they flash red, you'll have to post up how you get on
  2. Can any one post a picture of the cup holder in the ashtray with your hand on the gear knob in third and a can/cup in the holder, it looks impressive guys but want to know how close you'd get changing gear. Cheers

  4. Poo. Might try tint then daren't try spray incase I messes it up.
  5. Very nice, where did you get em, or did you spray em up
  6. Or replace the motor mounts with some new bobbins to mount to. Type "pump bobbin" in the eBay search it will bring up the type of thing you need M6 thread I think. I got some waterproof foam sheet cut it to size and some vw sticky black goo that comes in a 5 metre roll to reseal the door. Part no. AKL 450 005 05, ADH TAPE
  7. It's not that difficult to swap the mechanism, just fiddley, when you drill the rivets out that hold the motor in replace the motor mounts with some new bobbins to mount to. 8. Tap the end of the bolt with a hammer and punch, get a bigger ratchet, cross everything for luck and give it more umph. Good luck
  9. I can't post the pictures, send me your email and I'll send picture of doors etc
  10. I would say it depends on the width of the wheel and the et, offset measurement.
  11. Just curious, if you don't turn it off when it's warm, does the temperature go up and the fans kick in. Then when the fans turn themselves off, if you turn your engine off then you should have the auxiliary pump kick in for a minute or so. If all the above works it's something else, temp senders/ broken wire etc to ecu, maybe.
  12. Could be ignition barrel and or switch as well as the relay starting to give up. Try wriggling the key in the barrel when the engines running and see if it cuts out
  13. could be fuel pump relay under dash in the fuse box, no 167 relay can be very tempremental when old

  18. having spoken to James at Compomotive this morning, this feeler/buy will run to the end of the month ( January) at the offer price for both 7.5 x 17" or 8 x 17" and see if anyone besides me wants to commit to this offer. i will definately be ordering a set of wheels at that time because I need some, group buy or not, James did say with the time of year he's not expecting to shift 20 sets but, if a few people commit he will see what he could do on keeping near to the offer price. if anyone has any questions regarding wheel specs, payment methods, etc, James says hell be happy to answer your calls or emails, at compomotive, 01902 311499
