  1. Early wings aren't as flared as later ones to account for the widetrack suspension. You'll need 92> although some non VR6 in 92 had the earlier exterior, so to be sure get 93 >. Ask in the breakers threads, and put a wanted ad up would be your best bet. Where are you based? I have one, although its not rust free unfortunately.
  2. I've got one for my accelerator too. I think its from a T5 but can't remember exactly. I'll have a look into it after dinner Wayne.
  3. Cracking spot Rog! I watched it and didn't see that! :thumbleft:
  4. Mines classic green too. All red suit them perfectly IMO. Mine are pin striped, but you'll get the picture. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=79984&p=1054402&viewfull=1#post1054402
  5. Nice Looking C! Won't stay that way long using that stuff though. How to swirl the shiz out of your paint in 3 easy steps! Lol
  6. I've successfully repaired one in the past. You'll need to remove it and free off then grease the thread first. I then used araldite to repair the plastic holder/surround.
  7. Not a fan of the deep black look personally. A light smoke is OK, but they are too dark for me. They're a lot of money if you're not sure too. Maybe try a tint film first to see what you think. Cheap Chinese stuff will give you an idea for the sake of a couple of quid, so if it were me, I'd try that first mate.
  8. I don't personally sorry mate, I have no experience with the G60. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise though.
  9. I'd budget for chains & tensioner etc if you go for it. 100 - 120k is recommended for change, although 20 years is a long time for plastic guides and a slightly weak point in the top tensioner bolt and rail anyway. Depending on how hard a life it's had, clutch would be at the back of my mind too. I always budget for a major service regardless if it's due as well. Water pump would be a good shout too. As much as it's nice have a low mileage car, it's 20 years old and unlikely to be without its problems due to that.
  10. Haha, I have lost a bit of my accent tbh. Not really lived there for 15 years myself. It comes back with a vengeance when I've had a few beers or I'm there for a few days though. Gurt lush init!
  11. Yes, BS30. That's not out of Bristol! Is Kingswood out of Bristol too! 5 mins from there. Granted, it's closer to Bath centre than Bristol centre, but still well within city limits. I went to School in Hanham.
  12. How long have you been away from Bristol for! Lol. Where abouts did you grow up?
  13. It's a factory drain hole I think from when they put the galvanised coating on. Sunroof drains come out inside the arch, just in front of the a pillars.
  14. In between Warmley/Longwell Green and Wick.
  15. Stalling, heater dials, and sunroof! lol I'll probably be away, so I'll have to get the missus to record it for my return!
  16. So was I. Oldland Common before moving to Plymouth, now Fareham. :thumbleft:
  17. Your not a Gas Head are you Wayne!!?? And I thought you were alright too..........
  18. Don't swear at me Wayne!! Theres only one team in Bristol.
  19. Surprised that the temp sensors are obsolete, thought they'd be shared by other marques as well. In that case ebay is your friend I think. Not surprised the ISV isn't available though. Not sure where the thermostat is housed on the G60, although I'd imagine its down below the waterpump like on the 16v so yeah sounds like its gone. If you get a new one, its worth testing it before fitting as Ive had a couple of aftermarket ones that didn't work from new. Just put it in a pan of water and bring it to the boil. Should close at 87 degrees or whatever temp is marked on it.
  20. In fact, I may even have a lambda socket I could post up to you Wayne. Let me have a look among my spare wiring harnesses and I'll get back to you. I'll check after work tomorrow, at the moment, I'm watching Bristol City in the JPT Final!!!!! COYR!!!
  21. Ah so all 4 are connected, just only 2 via the plug. Fair enough then. Think it'll still be worth getting a pigtail from a car being broken and reinstate it though.
  22. Depending on what the wires are for, it could be affecting fuelling and would have a big affect on emissions. You can see the insulation where they've been cut in the past, so they're obviously supposed to be there. I wouldn't leave it tbh mate. I don't have my bentley at home so can't check, but if someone checks their wiring diagrams at the back of it, that'll tell you where its connected and what is likely to be affected.
  23. I'd do it now Wayne. It's a possible cause of your issues and its pointless chasing your arse whilst there's something obviously wrong. Will only take 2 mins to reconnect and insulate temporarily to at least find out if it's the cause.
  24. That's ok mate, I've paid up for postage too. I nipped onboard to drop some kit off Wednesday. All seemed set and ready to go. At least it got off ok, unlike the 45s!
