Gareth, I never thought I'd say this but the RHs look better than the RS's on your car. Looks simply fantastic mate. IMO the ride height is perfect. Great job mate 8)

FK konigsports for circa 550 is a good deal :D -
Go OE from VW mate, it's not worh the few quid saved, esp if you're uprating the suspension too.

It's difficult to say mate. As long as the tyres you go for are not too squared shouldered you should be ok. Do your tyres rub at the moment? Assuming they rub badly then going over to coilovers may help as long as you don't drop too low. It's the 8" width that's the issue, but you can get round it. Good coilovers will cost you £600 upwards. -

In that case I'd switch to 205s mate unless you want to mod your arches. -

To echo OSV's sentiments, I'm also genuinely humbled and massively appreciate the comments by you guys  It means alot coming from other C owners who obviously love their cars as much as I do. Thanks alot guys! There are loads of lovely cars on this forum, but if I had to nominate my 2 favourites I'd go with: 1. Jay's G60 for modded, because it's been so thoroughly executed and the overall look is just so right and so stunning. It has the wow factor, without going OTT, and it's his only car and he's done it all himself! Mucho respect. 2. Bill Aitken's VR for standard/subtle mods. It's probably the cleanest and finest low mileage example out there (although I haven't seen Tom's yet). OSV's also deserves a mention as it looks damn fine and fresh looking in that Satin Silver :D

I was lucky enough to drive a RS6 saloon last week - my mate has just bought one, lucky fecker Suffice to say it's in a totally different league to the Corrado. I suspect only mental motors like the German VR6 Turbos will get close, but I still reckon the RS will have it. A phenomenal machine - the acceleration simply has to be seen to be believed. I got up to 130 in no time without even trying. Handles and stops well too. And if you thought the VR sounded good.... Warbling V8 + turbo wistle = redundant stereo!! And you can't catch them "off boost" as the 1st turbo spins up quickly for low down boost, and the second really comes on song at 4k. It's not peaky, but you can really feel the second turbo do its stuff when you bury the throttle. He called me up yesterday to tell me he'd just seen off a CL55 AMG! Ba$tardo!

Shut up Jay! TT v Porker split rim = no contest! If you're bored why not polish the centre section too? -
Cool. No idea how easy they are to remove in situ, as I took this one off after removing the entire engine from the 'shell!
