That is a nice looking project for you, congratulations on the find and purchase. Plenty being broken unfortunately and last time I looked VW heritage had a new passenger door in if yours is really bad. Good luck with it all and feel free to post up any issues we may be able to help you with

I took my pipes off and went to my local auto factors who re-made the correct length and ends. Easy enough to bend using tools. I didnt think £70 for a TSW ebay bias valve was bad really. Purchased last month

Your car looks a great project for anyone at that price. Certainly better than the pile of shite mk2 golf gti project I have blocking my Corrado in the garage. Oooo if I had the space.... GLWS, but I agree with the gents above. Super unleaded and get those injectors refurbished as it's not too expensive. I would love it tho, just as you have. But a non runner is bloody frustrating money pit -
Have a look at the Hirschmann dab beesting. Very OE looking. I fitted one to mine and wired it all back to the head unit. I just don't have dab though 🤣🤣

She looks a good one. It is worth having a check of the sunroof. Just remove the inner trim panel, then unscrew and remove the outer panel. You can then see what the cables are doing. It can be wound manually from the motor. Be nice to have it all working

I had Vredesteins and found them to be great. Only changed to something else as locally they stopped supplying them. I still ask for them when ever I need some new tyres

There are a lot of Corrado's for sale at the moment. Got to laugh at 25k for a storm though 🤣🤣 That leather and solitude must be worth a fortune on their own !! I hope they all do well so that mine is worth something -

Ha ha, this could be a good thread. The twat that badly fitted the New windscreen into the freshly painted car. It sat up in the corners and had dropped down. I paid to have it removed, re do the paintwork, new seals then refitting... oh I wish you hadn't reminded me of this 🤬🤬🤬 The wan##r is still fitting Windscreens surprisingly!!! 🤣🤣 -
