I had a G-Max kit on a car that I sold having only covered about 200 miles on them. I can't really give a good guide as to how they ride as I didn't really do any real driving with them, but what I can say is that I had to send one shock back a week after fitting them due it leaking.

I like those extended sills, unlike me to like exterior mods. If you can get your car looking anything like the 'shop in your sig then it'l be great!

Oooooooh...is there? i'll try and pick it up when i'm out. I'm in Newquay most days cos it's the closest town to me, and cos I like the surfer chicks everywhere :norty: ..I've been applying for loads of jobs all around, so i'll have to wait and see! Hiya mate, congrats on the purchase! Have a look in the suppliers section there may be some recommended garages there. There are quite a few Scottish members that i'm sure will help you out! :D (( i expect this thread will get moved in there...gives the mods something to do :roll: :wink: ))

Know what you mean , I always parked my raddos in the mother/baby spaces in supermarkets etc, I figure that it's moraly better than useing disabled spaces :wink: and I also think that if Mr Tesco wasn't so interested in cramming as many cars into the car park as possible then the spaces wouldn't be so small hence having enough room to park without fear of someone ruining your bodywork...so bugga their rules.

Hi welcome aboard. Did you have the balancing done on the car when the tyres were fitted? are they directional tyres and if so have they been fitted on correctly? I'd go back to the palce you had them fitted and spoeak to them if I was you :D

I'm pretty sure that 1992 was the changeover year with regards to seats dude. If you ask for pre 1993 seats they should be the ones you want. P.S ..welcome , and nice looking polo you got there !

Fairly rare, as far as I know it was only very early valvers that didn't have electric windows? No sunroof is fairly rare also.

Don't get a pilkington aswell, I had one and I had loads of problems getting wipers to work on it, even lupo wipers. Aparently i'm not the only one who's had this problem with them aswell.

They're 9"x16" brock's , I sold the car to trev-b on here , he's spent about a million quid on it since...should be looking sweeeeet now. :wink:

If you want to be able to change the drop at any point, then obviously coilovers are needed, and FK seem to be a good option ( i've had a set of highsports and they were pretty good )) according to most people. Koni TA/H&R is very popular on here.
