  1. Any way of putting a pic up mate? doesn't sound right to me :?
  2. Haha, yeah yeah , I know spoilers are generally crap! (apart from SS ones of course!) but the one i'm thinking of is really small and just looks right (like the rado one IMO, not garish!) - I wouldn't want anything that looks tacky on it so it'll only go on if it looks smart :camp:
  3. Got a few snaps of it today, while waiting for the kettle to boil :smug:  I've got the RS4's back on it (it was on steelies due to tyre issues!) and have had the window put in the back with limo tints, and had the fronts tinted. I've decided Im going to lower it 40-50mm, i've been undecided as I do go 'off road' a bit but having spoken to a lot of local T4 owners that go to the same sort of spots that I do I shouldn't have much problem if I buy a decent kit and dont go any lower than 50mm! Im looking forward to getting it dropped a bit as it's a daily and i'm forever driving around bendy lanes so the body roll can get annoying after a while :camp: I've still got a fair bit to do, the interior needs the curtains/matress cover/pillow cases made up, and i'm going to paint the wheels black when I get around to it! Also, although I never thought i'd hear myself say the words - i'm going to get a spoiler for the rear hatch :camp:  I think they look great on T4's and they're only £50 so it'll be done at some point! Anyway, heres a few pics!

    early/late bumpers

Its always worth trying the search mate, I just put 'difference early late bumper' in and got a few results, heres a couple for you: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=72294&hilit=difference+early+late+bumper viewtopic.php?f=3&t=35881&hilit=difference+early+late+bumper
  5. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=15319&hilit=oak+green+corrado+corrado - there you go guys! Its not a VR6 anymore too by the look of his sig!
  6. There's an Oak Green VR6 around, I think it's up in Scotland too if I remember correctly! Great colour for a Corrado, it's a wonder that they didnt use it for the green Storm really, at least then it would have been storm specific like Mystic blue!
  7. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=63092 ^^ Might be some use to you mate
  8. Ouch, not a good day for you then! Here's one to get you going - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=68345&hilit=drivers+foot+well+water Hopefully the water in the foot well wont be a biggy, there's a few possible causes such as leaves in the scuttle panel which are a cheap/easy fix! Fingers crossed mate! :thumbleft:
  9. Try the search mate, you'll find loooooads of threads on it that should help you
  10. Might be worth trying a thicker oil?
  11. No G60s were given the later interior as standard :dorky:
  12. And the steering wheel changed in 92 too :dorky:

    Im Back

Is there anyone else here still owed money?
  14. Keep checking it though mate, i've seen a fair few rados with rust around the windscreen due to water sitting under that seal! Glad its been sorted out though
  15. deviant, have you actually read the first post?
  16. Just becasue someone wanted to spend that sort of money doesn't mean its necessary! The chains is an expensive job and is the 'biggy' as far as VR6's are concerned but dont rush out and have it done just becuause the cars covered 100k! It'd be worth having it done as a precaution sometime - it's also worth baring in mind that the £1000 would probably include a new clutch as most people change the clutch at the same time.
  17. They're funny old cars aren't they, they really grab you by the balls! once you've had a decent one you'll never quite get the same feeling from owning another car.
  18. Awesome, welcome back - I can remember you selling it too! How come you ended up buying it back then?
  19. Stunning car! lovely colour and just how they should be IMO - lowered slightly on standard wheels. It reminds me a lot of my old Aqua blue which funnily enough, I have a picture of with a peacock next to it!
  20. http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/member ... ile&u=1467 ^^PM Dave, he'll sort you out 8)
  21. The trim around the outside of the screen needs to go in before the screen does to fit properly, so if it's come out then to put it in properly again they'll need to re-fit the window
  22. I'm afraid the chances of it being a different white 8v in Caerphilly with 112k miles is fairly slim mate, but if the car looks and goes well and was cheap then it shouldn't really matter! I would allways suggest to anyone that a HPI check is worth doing, especially now you can do them instantly by text for a few quid! At least if you know about it in advance you can check the car even more vigorously. As others have said though, for a rado to be written off in Nov 08 then it could have been for a silly little reason like attempted brake in or slight ding! One thing i'd also say about the car in question is that the plastic arch liners are missing.
  23. Got any skunk? WTF?
