Not all leather seats are heated
-
Whats the reg? I've had quite a few.
-
Disgusting behaviour tbh, the guy should be locked up. tbh

Hard to say having not seen it, I would want to have a good look around it before buying it - just going on the advert alone i'd walk away personaly. Finding a Corrado with decent shell/bodywork/interior is the key, mechanical items can be replaced with relative ease, it's bodywork that can be very expensive and difficult to repair.
-
Be wary of Corrados with rust, original panels very rarely rust as so much underseal was used in Karmann, so if a panel needs to be replaced through rust you can be fairly sure it's had a bump and has also had a poor repair.

Haha, a repost within the same thread, congrats - that's a new one on me
-
I'll keep an eye out in a couple of weeks dude but RTTS is this weekend so he might be a bit late! So come on then, don't go all 'scene' on us keeping the replacement as a secret :camp: - what ya got?

Sounds like it'll be either bordeaux red or sherry pearl then :)

Ralph's VW Corrado VR6 Storm (Mystic Blue)
Walesy replied to Ralph Haslett's topic in Members Gallery
Have a read through the Drivetrain section, there's a very long thread about suspension that would be worth a look through. You'll probebly need to change your coilovers for a different set that have been designed to suit your needs more, there are 'comfort kits' available as far as I know. Unfortunately though, as with most things it's a case of 'you get what you pay for' with suspension, i've found in the past that it's not worth changing them unless you're upgrading to a really decent set-up. -
Sweet 8) I may well pop up there tomorrow Tim so I might see you there, if not, do me a favour and leave the fuel cap there so I can pick it up when im there next, I need to have the wagon looked at at some point.

I modified mine so that the national anthem played through a loudspeaker attached to my roof as the spoiler was being raised, I did a 'how to' so have a search for it if you want.
-
Worst is when a mechanic or someone gets in and sits ON the bolster, that boils my urine.

This may help? - viewtopic.php?f=24&t=65883

A mate of mine had an accident acouple of weeks ago in a Mk3 Cab that I sold him, i'd say it's insurance value would be roughly the same as a Corrado and they offered him the chance to buy it back for £150.

Movio

Nice seats :) - I cant remember seeing a pic of your car before tbh It may be my dislexia, but at first glance I read your numberplate as 'TOSS3R'

Some tips on keeping a convoy together
Walesy replied to dinkus's topic in Event Announcements & Discussion
I think what Kev is trying to say, is that he likes to bring up the rear, so to speak  . Keeping a convoy together in Cornwall is pretty easy as theres very few traffic lights etc, and it's not long before the lot of you will get stuck behind a caravan or tractor  -
Might be worth trying JBM on Dubmarines mate, he's pretty good at finding stuff out.
-
Hah, funnily enough I was only thinking the other day that I hadn't seen you posting on here for a long while Andrew! hope you're well and good to see your rado is still being improved on :)
-
 - an 8v, with Air Conditioning, and 2 airbags - that's a pretty rare Corrado! I didn't know that the 8v rados were available in other countries!
-
The bolsters look more rounded to me, but you may be right :camp:
-
I wouldnt say they're corrado seats tbh, allthough they do look awesome! 8)

TBH there's no way i'd sell a camper over the pissrat, surly a camper and a VR6 on the drive would be the best combo?
