If you want to exchange any personal details such as phone numbers before agreeing to purchase an item, feel free to do so by PM Best of luck with your search, i've been driving Corrados for a number of years and have never found them to be problematic, as long as they're treated properly. Remembering that these cars are over 12 years old now, they can't be expected to give maintainence free motoring. The idea is to try and stay one step ahead of them and make sure that they're serviced properly and looked after, and finding a car that has allways been treated properly to begin with is by far the best way of achieving trouble free motoring :) - both of the cars that you've singled out from the classifieds seem to be a very good start. P.S - 350Z's are one of the very few new and jap cars I really fancy tbh, can I ask why you've given one up?

Best bet is to buy a VR6 and strap a G-lader to it, best of both worlds  I can't see why anyone would recomend a 16v for any reason tbh other than on the whole the initial purchase prices are slightly lower

In future if you want to edit/change/add to the title of a thread that you've started then click on 'Edit' on the first post and it will let you change it :) Good luck with finding the right seat, I think there are a couple of people on here that have got them...

It'd be worth posting this on the Newport edition site - http://newportedition.com/ and http://www.so-wal.co.uk/

Just made this topic 'Global' which means it will appear at the top of every section. Fingers crossed that you get it back in the same condition it was in when the scum took it.

Nice one Dave, really liking the colour!

I think the threads gone, but PM Riley on here mate - it was him that was selling it.

For sure! - I really wouldn't recomend buying a valver for any reason other than if you want a rado for an engine convertion and you find a valver with a great shell

The water temp is absolutely fine, but the oil temp seems a tad high (allthough still nothing to worry about) - obviously the ambient temp out there will have some sort of effect. If I was you i'd have a Mocal oil cooler fitted.

Sounds pretty cool! So, let me get this straight, if I wanted an engine picked up in Aberdeen and delivered to me in Cornwall, you'd drive your van to Aberdeen - pick up the engine and then drive it to my house in Cornwall...for £75? Forgive me if i've missed something as i'm a bit hungover - but if the above is correct it sounds like a great deal! -
Ditto, hope to see it this weekend (Answer your PM aswell )

Here's a great link for those of you into 'detailing'  I have to say, each to their own and all that, - but I can't help but find the threads with people cleaning their boot struts with tooth brushes etc a bit ammusing. Surly there's more to life than putting tents up over your car and spending hours on making sure that every last speck of dust has been removed from it. And even if 'detailing' floats your boat, why spend another hour constructing huge threads documenting (with thousands of pics) every last bit of the procedure? - I don't get it all personaly, but again - each to their own, please don't take offence :)

Nice, how does it drive/handle with them on? I had a set of 15x7.5 oz turbos on a couple of rados I had a few years back and have never driven a rado that felt as planted with any other wheels - I think they look great aswell but the car needs to be pretty low. -
Yep, I can see where you're coming from mate, but he's not going to have any luck doing that now! :) If the owners of the car/engine would like this thread to be removed, feel free to drop any of the mods a PM and we'll get rid of it straight away. I personaly can't see any use for it to stay here.

The guy last visited the site nearly a month ago, he's not a regular user. Personaly I don't think he's out to con anyone out of any money or anything like that - he's clearly just an attention whore but has nothing of his own worthey of attention. I suppose the guys that own the car and engine that he's trying to pass off as his own work should feel flattered in a way

Mine might be going up for sale soon. Thinking about a turbo'd E36 M3 project or Sport Quattro replica. Eh? Please explain. -
It might be worth baring in mind that your insurance goes on the car the engine was removed from when you've got a conversion, so it could work out cheaper to go for one from a seat if possible.

You didn't happen to be waring your uniform at the time did you? :porc:
