Must be love... ;) -
Man, I love these wheels... Top work that man!

Ask Gav aka peanut, he owns both an S2 and a rado... ;)

Though I have noticed that the Passat headlining fabric is foam backed (like the C's sunroof trim), whereas the C headlining fabric is just fabric, and a lot more durable at that! Watch out for certain cleaners staining the lining though, as that's what's happened to my replacement lining, damnit!

Yeah, if they let me turn up in a Rat, then I think a Rocco is more than acceptable!

yeah, if the bumper was extended to meet the arches then that would look quite good...

Nice as it looks mate (and it does look nice!), i reckon as it's a press car you should return it to its original standard condition... [/2p] ;) but good mods anyways! :)

If K.I.T.T. had been a Rado...! heheh, mean as hell mate, looking good... welcome to the land of the obscure humour and discussions about biscuits! -
Yup - easiest way is to slide a fork underneath the needle and pull straight upwards. If you pull at an angle, you risk bending the shaft that the needle fits on. It does take a lot of force, but that's normal. I'd also advise lifting the needle over the stop before you remove it, and seeing where it comes to rest, otherwise you'll end up putting it back in the wrong position (just like I did - you know, I really should sort that out...) :)
-
Probably...! Though I've doubtless just jinxed myself as I've gotta do scarlett's before winter...
-
Well done mate, nice one!

Mystic Blue Storm, N189 S**, on the M3 headed towards London at about 4pm yesterday - non-standard wheels. I was in the works' van so didn't wave, think you pulled into Fleet Services though. Anyone?

I know bigpants baby is breaking a B4 Passat saloon cos I was going to have the headlining and sunroof off him - it'll probably be a moonroof too, so worth sending him a PM... Oh, and I must remember to let him know that I don't need the lining/sunroof...!

I'm afraid I'm in Reykyavik this weekend, but I presume you're around the Reading area? If you want any help installing stereo kit then just drop me a PM or email, I'm happy to help... Check out http://www.mcs-direct.co.uk for stereo stuff as well - got my Sony head unit from them at about £100 cheaper than Halfords...!

I kinda know how you feel mate, financial and accommodation worries are bugging me at the mo... I will say this though - yours has always been one of my personal favourites on here, and if you can find any way of keeping it then I'd do so... My Passat seems to just be one continuous list of problems, all of which need money spent to sort them, but just having people come up to me at E38 and look disappointed when I tell them that it's not there has made me realise how much I want to keep it... Depression sucks ass bigstyle, and I can say been there, done that, got the scars to prove it, so I know where you're coming from. At the end of the day, it's just a car, and nothing's worth sacrificing your mental health or wellbeing for. I hope you manage to come through it smiling at the other end mate, I really do. Chin up! -
Will a steering wheel boss for MK2 Golf fit Corrado ?
gradeAfailure replied to BigTartanJudge's topic in Interior
Yeah, it should do then, as long as it's one of the larger-splined bosses iirc... -
Clean at the mo, and has been since 2000, when the 3 I got for 45 in a 30 (main road at 11:30pm, in my defence) in my Uno Turbo in '97 went from my licence... And I plan on keeping it this way!
