    Snap! Those pictures look exactly like my car except eyebrow spoiler (and reg plate of course) Best colour imo 8) oh, and it hardly ever looks burgundy, most people mistake it for black which is very annoying :roll:

    Yeah sorry Overstone not Moulton. Couldn't remember the name of the place but knew it was near enough Moulton. Oh and I went to Moulton College and I ain't no dirty bird, although I would like a field with some sheep and cows in :lol:

    I've had a 'rado nearly two years now and I still catch myself staring out the window at it from time to time :oops: . The novelty never completely wears off 8)

    Ok, this noise has been getting progressively worse recently so much so that yesterday, my other half refused to drive it anywhere except to a garage. :( So we dropped it off this morning and they have just rang to say the bearings need replacing as the original bearings must have been faulty :x , plus it needs a new top mount. So all in all, not too expensive and should be good as new this afternoon :D

    Good Luck!! If I can give you a bit of advice....don't get over excited and buy it just because you really want a corrado!! When I bought my first valver, the bloke bought it round to my house and I was so excited about the prospect of owning a corrado that I didn't really look at it properly and think it through, I just gave him the money. So, I ended up paying far too much for a car that needed a complete respray. I sold it 6 months later for £600 less :(

    I asked my insurance company about this last year and they said no!

    yeah that's what I thought, I know there is with other insurances like house etc.

    I still think Sciroccos are good cars though, I just like corrados better. It's like saying 'what's better a VR or a G60?' Everyone has different tastes and opinions :)

    sounds like a good price for an m reg with heated leather and air con. mileage is quite high but could go on for much longer without chains/tensioners/whatever needing doing. However, it is over 10 years old so it's not going to be perfect but having said that it's been looked after by a mechanic so it could be alright. I think when you buy any second hand car you take a bit of a gamble as to its condition.

    or just take out a policy and then cancel it after a few days. Most companies offer a cooling off period

    Yeah I noticed when I tried confused.com recently for quotes it was having problems with my L reg VR, wierd hey? :roll:

    I hadn't thought about the light clusters at the back. As far as I know I've had no problems with water getting in the back but it's worth a look! Cheers.

    Yeah but I have no idea where to look! I have taken steering wheel off and cleaned the connections for the indicator stalks and stuff, but apart from that I haven't got a clue. So at the moment I have to choose between braking or indicating which isn't very good.
