No, enlighten me! I'm sure there's one or two on here that's done that? Chris

I have never heard of that explanation for using just one side, what if you replaced the track rod and the track end on both sides as i need to do? I adjusted my caster, camber and toe settings on a 4 wheel laser kit last week but couldn't do it spot on 'cos the locking nut was siesed onto the track rod and other problems but they do wear tyres bad of not done right as there's so much weight over the front wheels Chris

THese silver ones ar the same that got me wanting a silver one myself and to date i've had 2 silver ones! But went for the supercharged and nos route instead of the turbo. Chris

Not sure why you want to fit that 8v head, surely the 16v head is the best move? Chris

Yeah well you know my opinion on these things, i think they are gay cos they always go poof! Chris

I'm confused, the wire transmits a pulsed signal to what ever receives it and the nav unit in no way sends any signal so why should it not work? Are we guessing here or does someone know thier stuff on this topic? Chris

I was told that tere is a fibreglass vented wing available from somewhere but other than that i was only aware of a panel that you have to weld in and fill etc Chris

Chris VR6nos replied to potatonet's topic in Engine Bay
potatonet, when you say 42# injectors, do you mean 42ohm injectors? Otherwise what do you mean? Chris -
sOUNDS FINE, MINE HAS 168000MILES SO YOURS SHOULD BE HAPPY FOR A LONG TIME YET Chris
-
I seem to have 2 wires that i'd describe as blue with white on them, i need to take a pulse to the Nav unit, hope it won't stop the spoiler working Chris

To Modify or Not to modify - that is the question?

I like my RS bumper, function over form, it was initially bought because the FMIC was planned to cool the chrger air but to date the Corrado kit hasn't been released but the OEM+bumper is in waiting and ready to accept a nice FMIC Chris -
Asim, i think you are focusing on the wrong point here and the orrigional subject is becoming coloured with other topics. The back of Lee's car looks like it's out of a cornflake box to quote another member and it is all about Lee's car and that it should never have won best of show cos there were others cars there that i'm sure were beter or at least as good. My car is crap but i enjoy having and driving it and prefer the power to the bling with std power, i would get so bored with std power and having to polish and pamper the car the whole time, and Asim, your car is a superb example of a fab VR with all the extras it has and the condition of it and it gets plenty of compliments as you are aware but the cornflake box get the slagging as much as the praise or more so the slagging on this thread. It's just after 4am and i'm typing this w@nk so the opinions must be strong. Been in hospital half the night watching people die and being ill and watching bloody ECG traces and explaining what Pr intivals are to folk so i'm tired and i'm sure Lee is tired of the stick and i hope he fixes what are visibly problems with his heap so we all can't bitch about it next time we see it! Chris

Not really my place to mention cos my car is far from show but it's a racing car not a show car to me. There were a number of vehicles there that were obviously well done and probably more worthy of the 'best of show' award! Chris

Looks a bit tatty in places, who's car's that? The usual tatty areas, mush the same as my daily driver. Chris

To Modify or Not to modify - that is the question?
Chris VR6nos replied to CoxyLaad's topic in Exterior
There 's something i really don't like, at least it doesn't appeal to me that is! It's the Corsa style flushing of the tail gates, now what's all that sheet about, Chav IS the word and it looks c0ck, hope no one here has done that! Chris -
