  1. i use this now http://www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Leather_Care_Kit.htm used to use gliptone, but went off it, especially the smell, people were getting in the car and thinking i had some sort of cream from the doctors that i didn't want to talk about  The main thing to do is keep the leather clean, i'm still abit skeptical how the conditioners soak into sealed leather
  2. yeah, i find mine a bit unstable in the bends, i blame the plastic chassis and drivetrain :(
  3. 1st thing i did to mine was paint the rubstrips black
  4. pmsl i don't remember this, i've been trying to find corrado at the motorshow in early 90s as i went and got a pic of it but stumbled across some old vids of motorshows, not found any rado's yet though
  5. i wonder if after 4yrs he is still deciding :epicfail:
  6. still trying to work out what the bumper is from, i know i've seen it before somewhere
  7. there is usually loads of corrosion there, i dremel'd loads away when i did mine, so much so i worried it would leak, but came out perfect. think i destroyed the old plastic one to get it out
  8. liking the golf btw, the arches look really wide in the 1st pic 8)
  9. i reckon you've had more rims than george micheal :gag:
  10. and on the plus side, your pipes should be nice and clean inside now
  11. i had lots of problems with my router, had a netgear something. Bought a new belkin one and got no problems now. Same at work the old one just gave up after a while... All my friends have BT homehub and they have no problems, i nearly got that. Had lots of problems to do with the xbox and the internets firewall which all came down these NAT crap
  12. Good find Shaun, that's an absolute bargain :) yep deffo a bargain, thats the same kit i bought a while back, but i paid the full £140
  13. i asked about this last week as mine needs redoing or replacing, would quite like to keep original wheel as looks wise there is nothing wrong with it 8)
  14. i was out of the action the whole race but didn't really have many accidents. Think i need to address my tuning options to get more speed
  15. i bought the kestrel DA too, and got some nice results, but can take a long time to correct deep marks etc. I also managed to damage the paint in one area, but have a feeling it wasn't "original" VW paint.
  16. i spent saturday trying to get my nat open, as i've recently been dropping connection etc and also my mic wouldn't work. But all seemed ok lastnight.
  17. i've only ever bought an extra set of speedlines, but 3 of them turned out to be bent, or cracked and badly welded, so only ended up with 1 spare :| and probably not buying 2nd hand wheels again
  18. i'd either find a plastic speaker adapter that fits or as said just make one from wood or even make a mould of your speakers from fibreglass and cut that to fit http://www.nexxia.co.uk/Speaker_adaptors/universal.htm
  19. i remember taking mine off in the past and spending ages trying to get the glue etc off :(
  20. Love my speedlines, even more since they were refurbed. i'd like 16's but the ones i've seen don't look like the same wheel
