Thanks for all the replys folks, its going to be worth all the hassle once its in paint and back together, cant wait as im sick on my daily snail.. :brickwall: I have never done bodywork before so i cant say if its right or wrong, but as you know the fronts fenders are easy as you can get to the back of them, but the rears i had to separate the inner tub from the arch so i could get to the back of them, took some time to do and it gives me plenty of room for tyre sizes and no running. Look away no if you have a nervous disposition! Separated then pulled allot more back than i have in this photo! Once i had the shape i beat the inner tub back to shape and welded it tight then its for seam sealer, underseal etc. Thne you have....

Shaun, the diameter of the throttle body is 80mm not taking in to account the 83mm with the lip so you will find a 3" hose will push onto it as i have done. So 80mm to 63mm is what will work for you.....click me other than that its custom made.

Have you compared the wiring from side to side? as it does sound like a wiring fault.

looking good bro,how are you going to pull the rear fenders? -
yea they fit fine.

So on dipped beam both lights are on as normal right? then main beam the drivers side remains on diped beam?
-
what failed its mot?

if it was working previous to the loom install then i would suspect the loom to be at fault or have you had to wire it in..?
-
If you remove the loom and plug the stock connectors back in does it work as normal?

the flanges will turn by hand, but will require some force.....put a couple of bolts in the flanges and run a bar or screwdriver across them to make it easier. cheers pete
-
the diff without load will work as a normal diff once there is no load on the lsd so the best way to tell is to pull out one of the drive flanges, the centre will be solid besides a small hole, thats a peloquin lsd,if you see a rod running accross its a stock diff.

Cheers Bud  In bodyshop now......its getting there

Standard internal pumps are whisper quiet,if you can noticeably hear it from in the car then something is wrong, external pumps like the valvers/G60's can be noisy but not the VR one.
