They are all doing it, and have been for years, the better performing diesel engines are not only the most in demand and so sell well but also the most polluting. Just wait until they clock the the BMW 2.0 diesel engine as well. It all boils down to greed & not giving a **** about the environment, the test has always been a 'lets see what we can get away with' joke for the manufacturers and wasn't taken as seriously as it should have been simply because it got in the way of profit. However, the EU regulations themselves are a joke, very geared to help the car industry. The car industry is just as bad as the banking industry, rife with deals and underhand tactics. When large money is dealt, people take big risks, I'm glad they've been found out, I hope the rest of them do as well. Rant over.

Hey fla, remembered to look at how it charges, and it's charging fine, especially fast in the 2 amp slot...

A Vauxhall that goes around bends, are you sure? :) -
Thanks buddy, it's made by 'La Prealpina' or LP, I got mine from Micks Garage!

Got an Roof rack for my bike, fits nicely, not the best looking but better than the oem ones imo.

I used glass resin to try and put a clear patch (without the fluting) on the back of a headlight glass. I couldn't get it to stay on, it kept de-laminating with heat, but I didn't try a glass etch fluid to give it some purchase, you could try that, but it won't stop the glass and resin expanding and contracting at different rates. A 2k laquer is more flexible and much thinner, so it may well work, but I'd use an etching fluid first.

Good on yer!! A youngster in the garage thought my Corrado was a 62 plate the other day! He'd never seen one before and thought it was a new VW model he hadn't seen! Sorry pal it's actually 21 years old!!
-
I think red suits the Corrado really well, and the original wheels. Good choice. I think all red rears look awesome too, might be the only mod I'd make though!

SSW speed buddy.
-
So true! Had to raise it up a bit though, too many country lanes with pot holes!
-
Cheers pal! I've really been enjoying driving it this summer, sounds immense!
-
Not sure buddy though I must be honest I've not really plugged my phone in and looked at the levels, I'll check it out.
-
Nice to see you back, that looks like a really nice starting point for a good car. How come you bought another?!!
-
The car got a bit of a summer spruce up today

Even if they are plugged in but not in the exhaust.
-
You need the rear sensors in. I had exactly the same problem before I fitted mine.

OZ Split Rims, 17" OZ opera I was going to put these on my Corrado, but I'm kidding myself if I ever think I'll get round to doing it! The offset is 37.5mm, 8" wide and they are 5x112. They are all 'used' but with no major damage or anything. The centres have been refurbished by the previous owner, they are not a mirror finish but they are perfectly acceptable for a daily. The marks on the lips are just water marks from washing them. The centre badge was just an old engine cover badge I used to see what they would look like. Corrado Black Heated Leather Front Seats Only - No Longer Available
KipVR replied to daves16v's topic in Parts for Sale
Is this still available? -
I used a g60 brake duct that uses the bumper vents (very high pressure area), cut it short of the wheel arch liner, and used flexible tube to go to the TT airbox. It was really neat, ruined by the fact I had to chop off the bottom of the airbox, but one day I'll close it up and I'll get positive pressure in the box again...

I have to agree with Sean there, more trouble than it's worth.
