  1. I've always found the best examples on car and classic .co.uk. lot's of people fail to look at the classic car magazines and web pages just look here and pistonheads.... theres a vr with 88K on the clock on there at the moment.
  2. mines been in hibernation for the last 10 years :)
  3. I wouldn't get to excited about it... i don't use mine allot and have mayo on the oil cap at this time of year. as said before it's normally condensation that would get burnt off normally at running tempreture. it's very common. I'd be more concerned if ther was mayo on the dip stick. give here a run then do and engine flush and oil change to see if that cures it.
  4. mine's far from a singleton in aqua blue.... but it must be one of the lower mileage / good condition cars about with 41K on the clock. she's kept in a heated garage. I promise to get her out of the garage next year may even take a trip to stoner in her  happy days again
  5. just scratches the roof :norty: when i went to pick my 16valve up in december 1994... the lady had used it prior to pick a tree up. the clothe recaros were covered in needles. I regret selling that car to buy the VR a year later...
  6. Thinking of buying a new alpine which has a USB port in the front face. I assume if I load my MP3 on to a memory stick it should play them ? But ultimately can I just plug a card reader into the usb slot and hope it should read off a SD card or similar.
  7. It's the thought that counts :) I never got one... but it's cause i let my membership laps.... I must do something about it in the new year.
  8. All corrado's should be standard :) and that includes ride hight :)

  12. you can get it bent back into shape. round about £50 + VAT i believe form preistine alloy wheels in bucks.... however it does weaken the material. personally If it's that bad i'd scrap it and either buy a new one or get a good secondhand one just incase anything happened to it.
  13. keep the pixs coming... it's like visiting a loved one in hospital :)

    Leaf seal...

sorry mods if it's in the wrong section... I've read the how to for the leaf seal, but decided to hold fire for some advice. taken the end screw out from the trim at the bottom of the window and lifted the trim out of the front three clips but the trim is still firm against the window.. I'm guessing it's stuck with glue or something ??? whats the best way to remove it without damaging the trim or busting my window. TIA
  17. is this anything special ???? other than it's done 108K and blackberry and 2 owners ??? were solitudes and option instead of speedlines...
