    The internals are the same on older sharan/galaxy switches......just saying as my old switch was in bad nick, got a sharan one for £5 off eBay and it only took a minute to swap over......you could use it as is but the Corrado housing looks better obviously :)

    Interested in the Front subframe and wishbones? They are for a VR6?

    Ignition switch.......there is a guide on how to bypass it, which would at least rule it out, only takes a short while to do. Very common for these to fail

    If you need something to sit it on, I have a few spare sets of wheels,speedlines/solitudes ,all in dubious condition, but mostly with tyres.......and your not far from me either

    Daft question time..... Would the shifter from a mk3 vr6 be any good? ie, would it be a straight fit back into my Corrado? Only asking as I have an old mk3 vr that is heading for scrap soon :)

    Nothing like a new battery, i had to buy one yesterday for my old sharan, massive big thing, same issue as you, leave it a couple of days and wouldn't start, new battery in and i swear it even runs better :lol:

    I have a spare fan control module from a mk3 golf vr6 i broke/still have, not 100% sure if its the same part number, but it looks the same......your welcome to borrow it to see if it changes anything. Welcome to any other stuff i have lying about as well, should have the rad fan switch too, again not sure its the same but would guess so?

    How is the heater inside the car? If it gets toasty warm it's likely that the pump is moving water about ok. Although I'm sure someone with far better knowledge will come along with better info :)
