Flash Git!!!! :D :D :D glad it all turned up in the end mate!
  4. Thats all true but i think where Marcus is going with this is upgrading the size of the rear discs but keeping the same / existing calipers thus keeping the correct balance e.g:- http://www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/Rear_Discs/reardisc.htm
  5. my rears are std at the mo Marcus and i've had no problems so far and i'm pretty aggressive with my braking at times, we're going to be running the same setup on the front with the 4 pots so think you'll be fine mate. Must admit though i'd like some slightly larger rear discs just to get rid of the weedy look of them behind the OZ's, seem some bigger 300mm discs somewhere you can run with the std calipers but its really more visual than practical!
  6. Think your probably right as my Rotrex kit has a 70mm pulley which is supposed to be good for 12psi (i asked for one that would give me 12psi when i ordered it) and i've got exactly the same charger as you!
  7. big thank you to stooby doo for sorting me out with a brand spanking new Mocal kit!
  8. this might help you! http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... ps#p606582
  9. keep an eye out on the american e-bay too, i picked up a set of 8 new Red Tops recently for just over 105 quid :) they're popular over there with all those gas guzzling V8's they run
  10. Ye Gods my screen just cracked!!!!
  11. remembered an old thread that might be of some help to you, there's quite a few part numbers of bits & bobs you might need...got to do this myself in a few weeks time when the Samco's turn up! http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... highlight=
  12. now thats a very nice pic of a very nice car! whats the colour.....pearl green? p.s. prefer the look with the speedline too, but its all a matter of personal opinion
  13. hah thats funny mine was a Nova 1.2 as well, only Mods were SR alloys and that wierd SR Rubber spoiler thay had that wrapped round the rear window, oh and a bigger Webber carb!
  14. no worries Lee (red vino's kicked in & i'm headed for the sack), apoligies too Goldie for cluttering up your rather exceptional car's thread!!!
  15. nutter......thats all that going round & round & round roundabouts in that Rallye....sends ya squash round the twist!
  16. no need to get personal mate! p.s. who told you about my operation anyway!
  17. Ah thought so, hows the new suspension on the Rallye then mate!.....p.s. sorry Goldie for getting a bit off-topic!
  18. as i'm a nosey git i've gotta ask who's DOGG?.....would that be Lee by any chance?
  19. my vote goes for the BMC CDA as well, seems to let the engine breathe a bit better plus adds to the VR growl! :)
  20. The VT mounts are well worth the money mate, they really stop the engine squirming around under load!
  21. that looks like a complete 'Animal'!!!!!
  22. Try dropping him an e-mail mate, he's normally good at replying to them:- mailto:[email protected]
  23. Yep seems to make a lovely added warble now along with the usual VR howl, a good friend drove mine on Sunday and described it as addictive when you go past 4K and the cams just go bonkers! :D
  24. How are you getting on with your 268's & Shrek mate? I'm learning to love mine as they just seem to make the VR pull like a bloody train now, would still like to get it mapped as think it would free up a bit more potential, but will definitely do for the mo!
  25. I'll give you a Fiver for them & not a penny more!!!
