Fair enough. Take it you'd like one that's not been modified much? There's a few out there at the moment but some silly prices for not so good ones as well.
-
What's in your current stable then mate?
-
Never put one in a Corrado but had an ABF in a mk2 golf. Great engine, very revvy, but difficult to get more than 160bhp out of without spending some cash. I've seen them on blueprinted motors running 180-190bhp though so it is possible. Also, they're all old motors now so will likely have high miles on them.... worth considering. Should be a very easy swap. I believe all the mounting points are the same so no changes there. Could even run it on stand-alone and tune it yourself if you're feeling brave.

Is Bradley Wiggins going to give you a backie?

I'm second! Cheers to Vince, true gent. Good luck all -
That didn't take long. Welcome back mate, and glad to hear things are looking up.

Amazing! Definitely one to watch. What's the weight target Troy?

22 years old today! Old boy doesn't seem in too bad shape...

This is pure dedication/madness (delete as appropriate) and either way I'm always impressed with your work Mr Pops. Great reading you saving these cars. Been thinking of going on a welding course myself recently. Could be a good skill to have...

Nice work. How do the new ones fit in comparison to the originals?

Ouch! Mate, hope you're OK. Nothing worse than having to carry on as the cars in bits and you've got a sore hand (or head in this case) -
Like Jim, it would need to be a very special Corrado indeed. VRT with 4wd might tempt me. Yeah. Early E92 M3 now under £20K Depends how good, and mileage, but £25K for a really good one. As you might be able to tell, I've been looking... a lot!

It's a dangerous game looking at what you could get for the money. £15-18k is low miles E46 M3 CS money. Very desirable, very rare, very quick!

Sorry to hear this, hopefully it's not too bad. The cable has some little trumpets on it with little grub screws attaching it to the cable, undo those and it'll all slide apart
-
I'd have a drink tonight to celebrate, sounds like you might need one!

Well done!
