If you do a search on e-bay for 'spring band hose clamps' you will find loads of them up to 20mm but not a lot above that size. Check out the link below for a full range of sizes available in whatever quantity you want. Not too pretty but they are available in different colours and the standard ones aren't a work of art either. I can't really help with numbers or sizes. Just a thought ......... it could be that when you are soldering the fuse into place that the heat generated by the soldering process is actually blowing the fuse as it is a thermal one.

H+R are probably the best spacers that you can buy, just be sure that you buy a set of hub-centric ones which will securely centre the wheel on the hub. The narrower ones tend to be 'bolt through', where longer length wheel bolts are used. Wider one tend to be 'bolt on', where the spacer is bolted to the hub and the wheel is then bolted to the spacer. Again be sure they are hub-centric. If you are just looking for subtle spacing, then check out the set at the link below ........ brand new, 8mm per side with extended bolts and at an extremely good price. That's exactly why I did mine satin black his time. I tried numerous products that promised the earth, but none of them lasted for any length of time.

I ran colour coded bump strips on my last Corrado for over a year with no problems before I sold it. I also ran them for a couple of years on my Mk3 Golf Cabriolet VR6, again with no problem. If you think about it, virtually all cars come with painted plastic bumpers now and that does not appear to be a problem. The secret is to add plasticiser to the primer, colour and lacquer when painting plastic parts. Check out the link below for the perfect tool for adhesive removal. You simply mount it in an electric drill and hold against the old adhesive residue which will be quickly removed by the spinning action. This is the type of tool that all body shops use to remove adhesive and it is perfectly safe on paintwork or plastics. Use double sided foam trim tape to re-fix the bump strips....... widely available on e-bay. Standard BBS bolts have 12 points which means that a standard 12 point socket will fit....... 8mm on the front, 10mm on the nuts at the back ........ that's certainly what I used on my LMs

Sounds very familiar. Change the slave cylinder first, readily available on e-bay at around £44 and a pretty straightforward job which can be done without removing anything else. If that doesn't cure it, then you may need a master cylinder as well. I've been lucky and got away with a slave cylinder on one car but needed both on another car.

Genesis Audiophile 5.25 inch mid bass speakers Here we have an immaculate set of Genesis Audiophile, A13.02, 5.25 inch mid bass speakers. These are the same depth and size as the standard speakers and with very little work could be a direct fit. As seen in the photos below each speaker has four lugs with holes for the mounting screws. The OEM speakers also have four lugs but have open slots as opposed to holes for the mounting screws so it would be necessary to slightly open out the holes and trim the ends of the lugs off to form open slots. The power handling rating on the speakers is 130 watts max or 80 watts RMS and being Genesis, whose whole ethos was 'sound quality, they are extremely able and composed when playing any genre of music at any level. You would notice a huge improvement in sound quality even if you only mounted them in the standard position, used the standard dash tweeters and ran them off the head unit. Let's just be clear here, the radiator brackets which Dave supplies are polished to a mirror finish, I have a set in my own car and it would be impossible to improve on them. I certainly feel that if you offer parts which he does not supply there should be no clash of interests. Just to duplicate his parts is totally a different matter.

I may be wrong but I suspect that you are referring to the horn button retaining ring. If we are talking about a Millennium check out the photos below. In photo three you can just make out the retaining ring in the centre of the wheel. It is clamped between the boss and the wheel. Photo two shows the horn button pushed into the retaining ring and photo one shows the Millennium horn pad in place. It is only secured by the two screws at 9 and 3 o'clock. You will find the retaining rings on e-bay if you do a search for Momo horn button retaining ring. If I'm way off course, totally ignore this post.
