  1. 1x 535845042E for me please.. Going to have the car painted sometime, and stocking up on parts.. :)
  2. The rear Koni dampers (atleast on my G60) are "adjustable". That is, there's 3 grooves in the damper that you can somehow move the lower spring seat into, by moving a clip I think.. I managed to dig out a bad old picture, hopefully you get the idea.. If it's on the lowest you could try raising it.... :-)

Hello, I'll take 2x window switches and 1x single window switch surround.. Hope you won't mind posting to Norway if I cover the extra fees..? :-) Please PM me the payment details if everything's okay.
  4. When we fitted mine (with poly bushes), we drilled them out to something like 21.5mm to make them fit and squeezed them on with alot of polyurethane grease. Had no problems later with that.. If that helps :)
  5. Yes, the VR6 clutch bolts straight on the G60 flywheel. :-)
  6. I still think that's cheap tbh.. Here in Norway you have to pay approximately £270 from the stealers... :-| Thankfully we can buy parts from other countries.. :-P
  7. If you have the "MFA switch" on "2": 1 is some checksum iirc, skip this one 2 is vacuum/boost. 1990 means that you're most likely producing more than the MFA can read, so you got 0.99bar (or more) boost. Some sensors won't read higher! 3 is the revs 4 is fuel milage you get right now 5 is the speed sensor signal 6 is oil temperature 7 is outside temperature
  8. Wrong bolt pattern though. These are 4x130, made to fit beetles and old VW busses, etc.. :)
  9. Think that's completly random. On mine, both are "normal".. :-\
  10. Any more pictures available? Any "defects"? Possible to send this? Or deliver to RH15 9TJ if possible? I live in Norway, so I don't know how to arrange a courier down there.. But the items could be sent/delivered to the post number above..?
  11. Sure, please PM me the payment thingie. Paypal okay I guess?
  12. I want one of these..! I'll take it if you wouldn't mind shipping it to Norway - i'll pay the extra postage.. :-)
  13. Mine is positioned there, on the header I bought from G-Werks. Reads accurate :-) On the image it's where the bolt is stuck in..
  14. And here I am, crusing at 3500+ rpm.. I really need a diesel 5th gear.. :(
  15. Last week; fitted new gearbox with LSD. Today, fitted the 440cc injectors to the G60 (running E85)..
  16. Well, it's in. Just had to change the whole shifter-tower-thingie from the old one over to the new. The new gearbox had been sold from one person to another a few times, and someone had installed a LSD without telling the next person. Talk about a nice surprise.. Guess I was lucky :D
  17. Decided I'd buy a new transmission. Literally new. £450 for a 0 mile gearbox ain't bad I'd say. At least not up here in the north. It's a 02A CDA-code gearbox, probably for a Mk3 16V ABF. Should bolt straight up, right?
  18. Cheers, will try to take a look. Anything in particular I should look for? Will gearbox oil leak everywhere if I remove the cap?
  19. The transmission in my G60 has started making some funny noises in neutral (maybe in gear too).. They appear "as far away as you can come from the engine", (left side when sitting in the car). Sounds sort of like a ticking noise, and it disappears when I press the clutch. I've tried to located it with a mechanics stethoscope, and the noise is at it's strongest at the end of the gearbox, near the " removable cover". Any ideas? Is it doomed? I've already had it out a few thousand km's ago to replace the clutch/flywheel and all the hydraulics.. Would rather not remove it again if I don't have to.. Dunno if it is there when I drive (as the car makes alot of noise on it's own), but it might be. Edit: The transmission has done 271000km's as far as I know..
  20. I'd like a few sets aswell. Will sell them cheap to fellow Norwegians who aren't on this site.. :-)
  21. I think there are companies that create custom alternators.. The only one that comes to my mind is this one - http://www.excessiveamperage.com - but there are probably some in the UK too. If he can get his hands on a stock alternator housing, I'm pretty sure he can build a 200-300amp version.. And iirc his prices aren't bad! :norty:
  22. What fla says.. I got the Mocal with the 80c thermostat, and during winter (colder then 5 degrees outside) I struggle to get it over 80 degrees. Usually takes 10-15minutes or so.. It bolts up underneath the original cooler, but you need a shorter oil filter, or just saw the "nut" of on the original one. :)
  23. Received, "drooled upon" and hung up! Cheers!
  24. Other way around, Mr. Boost monkey! :dorky: 190kw ~= 250hp
