Hi there. Just wondered if it will be possible to provide a function so that we can export our members gallery as a PDF export file so that we can keep an electronic copy of it on file for safe keeping ?

Thanks for the comment...its either do things whole heartedly or dont do it at all. I have done a bit of research I think there is another reg plate that display VR6 and its on a vintage vehicle. A nice reg really tidies up any car even on an old banger like mine :). Iam not a big fan of drastically modified letter or number that makes a character that its not.

Lower your car they said, it would be fun they said!!!!

You will probably notice its got a bit more ooomph to it with the reduce friction on the wheel arch :) PS those are 2 serious industrial size jacks you have there. -
I used a TPS near chester once as I was in the area and they sold me part over the counter ok. They do sell to the public but wont offer you big trade discount. You do get some discount however. The gasket part number is 191 819 166 I purchased one back in April 2010 and VW said they had to order it from Germany and took 2 week back then.

VR6 Lee - Corrado VR6 Storm Mystic Blue Build thread

Gutted for ya... Best to get some repair quotes first and work from there as it depends how high your excess is. The repair work may be lower than the excess so then no need to claim off the insurance as it will push your premiums up in the long run. -
cheers buddy will look into it.

Just wondered why the accelerator pedal doesnt have a rubber cover like the brake and the clutch pedal on the corrado.
-
Just dont inderstand the mentality of these people...echo about reporting it to the police so that they can have a record of it. Doubt they will be able to do anything about it. There was a post here before about a similar key damage a while back and it was sorted out by a mobile smart repair person and it looked a good job too.

Happy New year... Just PM'd you back for payment details. cheers

completely forgot about this method using a tandem bike cable...nice idea

Heater matrix Iam sure is about £30 pounds from GSF make sure you ask for the Valeo branded one I think that is the OEM part used on the corrado. Seeing you are a corrado GB member from your signature if you show them your corrado GB membership card there is an additional 10 percent discount off when I bought mine last time. Think the most important piece is the trumpet shaped metal part at the passenger side there is a nut that holds the cable end in place. Dont think you can buy this part anymore its separate to the cable . All the other bits I think you can use from your existing cable and move onto the new cable like the gromits and the foam paddings.

Very nice...Wish I had known you had DDI installed so that I could have had a proper look as you were parked next to me at the corrado GB meet at brooklands. Is it possible to set the rev needle to change colour depending on your rev range ?? like on a certain TVR I think

Ideally would have wanted some genuine corrado dials to go into the centre console space but they are so expensive so the next best thing is a set of late genuine cassette holder. Cheers Supa-ant for posting the item so quickly. Gives it a retro feel :) I already have an Alpine cd player and multi changer. I am debating whether to go back to old skool and keep a look out for a spare nice example alpine casette player????
-
Received the casette holder today...thanks for posting them so quickly...already fitted to car. Fills up the empty space nicely
-
Looks good to me :) If you could pm me the total cost with postage for the cassette holder I will either paypal over or bank transfer money over to you. Whatever you prefer. cheers

He did a Fifth Gear episode once where he reviewed the Corrado VR6 as the "cheap skate alternative to an Audi R8"

Does anyone else experience bad condensation inside the car. Its like its got its own micro climate in there. I took my car out for a drive yesterday...parked it up. When I returned 40 min later the cars all steamed up inside to the point you cant see in (could be a non mentioned security feature who needs tinted out windows :). The VR is not my daily drive and have only noticed this during these cold wet days its steams up pretty bad to the point the rear boot windscreen are turing to droplets. Granted my lower boot trims are still to be fitted back after I have taken them off a while ago not sure if that will make a difference.

Was driving in LLandudno north wales today in the vr spotted in the corner of my eye a corrado parked up in Staples stationary store car park with Isle of Man number plate.
