  1. I'm sure the S4 would be OK mate, but we would need to check with Stealth whether it's compatible with their 2WD rolling road..
  2. Fantastic mate. I'll pass that on and will be in touch if they're interested! Cheers.
  3. Final year in that location...
  4. Cheers dude. I did spot that one. Was hoping for more forum friendly pricing possibly, but I have passed that eBay one along :) It would be really helpful if he could confirm that part number is right though appreciate that might not be possible if he's busy. I'm asking on behalf of a friend is all so can only just pass the information along.. but will let you know if they're interested in taking it off your hands :)
  5. Apparently ports 1&6 go to the master cylinder, according to a helpful diagram I was sent yesterday :)
  6. The part number isn't actually pictured.. but it looks wrong as it's only the four outlet type alas.
  7. Hi Ron. Amended your advert to only mention the item you want. Could you please make a For Sale thread for the other items you want rid of, or just put them in eBay / Misc if you're giving them away. Cheers.
  8. Thanks guys - look forward to seeing if either of you have one :)
  9. I think it might be for an early VR but I'm not sure. I've already gone directly to lilfuzzer who was unable to help.. anyone else got one to hand? Thanks.
  10. I was thinking earlier in October, though it does depend on Stealths availability.
  11. That's a fair point. And things like that are appreciated as they help pay for food / snacks for everyone, which we have done in the past. As ever, just becomes very difficult to co-ordinate something like this and ensure that no-one ends up getting short changed!
  12. I actually usually take FULL payment for the RR day well in advance. I tend to find people are more likely to show up if they've already paid / I have their money :) But maybe a non-refundable deposit is the way forward. I personally don't care if people drop out without warning as I live nearby, etc - but the problem is for Stealth who need to pay for three of them to be at work, on a Sunday. They have to make a certain amount to make it worthwhile. So if people drop out without warning and we have like... 13 cars instead of 25, it makes for a pretty lousy morning for them.
  13. Bilstein B4 dampers are designed as an OE application and indeed are not suitable for lowering springs. So if you could get a set of those and find suitable springs (may even be able to order them from VW) you'd be well away?
  14. At this point it's probably only really useful to know about people who (barring unforeseen circumstances) actually want to come. If cars are in pieces and there are uncertainties that it'll even be re-assembled before early October, we can't really count on those as being safe bets for getting the numbers up! :)
  15. Surprised at the amount of enthusiasm for this already - a positive sign. I guess I might start sounding things out with Stealth Racing then :)
  16. Would end of the season - around October time suit? Shows have run out, weather won't be too abysmal.. and hopefully most folks will still have their cars taxed?
  17. I think online is the best option for now. People are free to download it as they see fit, then. As you can see it's specific manuals and not EVERYTHING there is to know about the Corrado, but will still be darn useful.
  18. They're very helpful mate - thanks. Chris - don't worry too much if it's a big job but if you can put something together it'd be most helpful :)
  19. This might sound like a weird question, but I'm asking on behalf of a friend. Does anyone happen to have a diagram for a VR6 showing the routing of all the hard lines - so which outlet from the ABS pump goes to which caliper, etc and the connection from the master / slave cylinder, into the compensator valve, etc. So a plumbing diagram, not a wiring diagram.. Thanks.
  20. Might have underestimated the amount of work to be done here... There's absolutely tonnes of stuff. But I should be able to rattle through it over the coming months if I just do a bit at lunch time or staying behind for 30 minutes or so on evenings. Hope people can be patient!
  21. I'm more than happy to look into organising one for later in the year if there's interest :) We'd really need 20 folks at a minimum.
  22. Looks fantastic, Darren :)
  23. Hello mate. Got a set of Solitudes which are a bit scabby but with good Rainsport tyres all round with thousands of miles of tread on them. Would part with them for 100 quid if that was anywhere near the ballpark you were thinking?
  24. We're not entirely sure :( I think we were told 10 spots available.. I'd be surprised if we get that many? Maybe 5-6?
  25. Can we keep it on topic guys. Ta.
