if you follow it back from the wheel it's the first rubber gaiter you come too... it looks quite twisted etc...

i have just the front wishbones and ball joints etc and got all the parts from http://www.vwspares.co.uk my febi bilstein wishbones with the bushes pressed in were 16.99 and next day delivery. then had the hole lot fitted incl tracking for 70 quid. so all in cost me 150 .

so whats behind the rubbers... yandards- i thought that might be the case i have had the tracking done twice within 4 weeks.... :mad:

on my tie rod the rubber boot has split.. is this a mot failure and anyone know how easy this is to change.....

i've been told about this before, but a word of worning, you have to be very "diplimatic" (spelling) about how you ask if it has been done as they have been known to take you to the cleaners....

my G60 is running on it's orginal 15's with fk coilovers, all the bushes have been done new wishbones etc and it handles really well, have'nt got it out of shape yet, my old vr was on 17's and it did look good but for pure handling i would stick with 15's everytime... just my 2p worth :)

i think it really suits them when they are debadged but i am lovin the oe look of my c at the mo so just need to get my hands on a grill badge and it's complete :D

well all done, new wishbones,bushes,ball joints, fitted, trcking/camber checked and adjusted all for a 150 quid, i'm happy with that, and what a difference no squeeking or clunking and nice n tight all ready for the 27th :D
