your better off filling the holes m8 and doing it properly,if you put gromets in it will just look cheap.

just weld it up with a patch over the crack, if you dont put the patch on and just weld the crack up it will probably just split again 8)

thinking of fitting it to the c after a nearmis today,the brembo's are awesome but fook me in the wet thier a bit too awesome,i've read the other thread on retro fitting abs and got some info of that but what i want to know is will the abs set up of another vag model do like the passat,mk3 golf and so on also does it connect to the ecu in anyway or is it all run from it's own brain. any help much appreciated cheers

i think awesome gti are the agents for neuwspeed stuff,been looking at the thermostat my self i think the vr 0ne opens at about 70 degees cand the 4pot one at about 80,but the rest of the parts m8 i would just by oem stuff.

apart from holding the engine stable what other advantages are there to these mounts,just wondering because i dont know wether its just the 20v engine or not but i dont seem to get a lot of engine movement :?:

this was on about 2 month ago same pics and everything,cant see any wireing or clocks in the pics which would make life a bit difficult,but still a fvery good buy though 8)

well ive had mine fitted for about 12months and still like new and trust me they get some stick living in huddersfield, i think it rains 9 days out of a week :)but i have to agree with stevemac on keeping the windsceen clean though

so this is defenatly a worth while mod because its one i've been thinking about for a while,am i right in saying that you have to use the dualmass flywheel and clutch from the seat as well??,allso is moving the rear gearbox mount the only mod you did to get it to fit apart from the driveshafts?? cheers

speak to the dvla they will some time's give out personal information if you have got a just cause for wanting it,or speak to the police because technicaly its theft.hope you get it sorted soon.

if it's a nightmare in a mk2 then i would imagine it would be in a corrado as they are basically the same.

samm crv6 wrote One mechanic in particular made a point of saying in his words how the 20v turbo is "a pile of sh*t!". I think he was referring to all the troubles and complaints he had from customers re bent valves and timing belts snapping all the time. This took me as a suprise as I had always thought it was quite a robust engine!? and that has to be the BIGEST pile of sh*te ive heard about a 20vt

i think there's some stuff on the club gti forum about this but posibaly in to MK2/MK3 golfs but it may help??.

if i were you mate i stick with the vr cos i know i would replace a vr for a 20vt as much as i like mine but you are right about it been cheaper to tune and to be honest thats about the only anvantage,cos it shure as hell doesnt have as much class or character as a vr

not a fan of red corrado's but i have to say when they are as clean as what yours looks they are stunning.have to agree with above though and loose the flaps
