Mine had been changed to grey leather by the previous owner (with the wrong early type door cards). I’ve since switched to late leather door cards. Will have to check out the sticker to see what the original was (I suspect black cloth). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

if money was no question which car would be top of your list. ?

I think it would have to be a De Tomaso Pantera for me if it was a classic era car. If going a bit more modern, I’ve an itch to scratch with a Dodge Viper (SR II) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro -
I found the same. After I fitted the the 288’s and replaced the front to rear brake pipes. Was totally disappointed with the feel, but they seemed to dial themselves in eventually. They are brilliant now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Big shout out to Martin. Centre cap arrived and fitted to the car. Thanks man, hugely appreciated [emoji106][emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Didn’t do anything specific other than take her for her MOT. Passed with no issues [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Thanks for the link. I’ve no idea why that didn’t come up in my searches before, it does now. Very weird as I’m normally pretty good at finding stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Thanks for that, much appreciated. I’d searched eBay and didn’t see any, and still can’t find one..... lol. I’ll keep the other place in mind. I’ve got a cunning plan to try and save the original, just waiting for the swimming noodle to arrive. The foam should be just right to fix to the back of the cap and fit nice and tight in the centre bore of the wheel. If that fails, than I’ll revisit getting a replacement. Had new tyres fitted yesterday, the tyre shop broke one of the caps. Anyone got one they would sell? Cheers Rick Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

That would be awesome if you can. I know I can swap out the whole sunroof from other vags, but I’d sooner have the original working again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Sounds good [emoji41]. Can you remanufacture the piece from the sunroof mech that breaks? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

After losing one of the wind deflectors last year, finally got round to putting a new set on yesterday. Was great being able to have window cracked open without the rain off the roof coming pouring in each time I took a corner [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

What do you use to troubleshoot/repair your Corrado?

I’ve got the bentleys manual, and a few bits in the Lindsay porter manual Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro -
No mate, no thoughts of selling. I love the look of them on the car too much. Good to know if selling the car later though, change the wheels first and sell them separately. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Crikey. I like mine, but not that much [emoji33] Makes me glad I only paid just over a tenth of that for them [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

A dark blue Rado on A329 in Reading town centre about 16:15 on Friday. Only saw it last second, so not sure on flavour. Looked like possibly running on Sebring alloys. Anyone here? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Must be a good time to be out in the Rado at the moment. Two lots today, filling up with petrol and a guy got out the passenger side of a 4x4 at another pump, and had a good wander around the car having a look (I was inside paying). Once I’d paid and was heading back out, a guy got out of a golf gti and passed comment, “nice, very very nice” [emoji41] All I need now is to spot another Rado out and about. Not seen another for an absolute age. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Used mine to drive to the office this week. A building contractor in the basement commented when I got out. Said “very nice, don’t see many of those around anymore” [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Depending where you are located, I have that flaring tool (the one Sean linked to) and a bending tool. Happy to lend it out. I’m in Basingstoke. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Totally off topic, but my email isp is on that business park. Looks like it might be a Jeep and Mitsubishi dealer on Scirocco Close now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I don’t have one that keeps them upright, but I have one that spaced them out flat so they aren’t touching/resting in the tyres. Like this one.... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/383142651340 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Yeah, the BBS do look wicked, and much better than the 15” speedlines. I know when I had 17’s on mine, it was very crashy over bad roads. The 16’s I’ve got now are much better, 15’s must be proper smooth. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Not done any on the Rado, but on other cars, Bigg Red have always been very good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
