AFAIK - c/o is usually set with the engine at idle & with everything connected. You may be confusing this with the proceedure for setting the timing. correctomondo there steve... :salute:

hello there jim , when you fit one of our kits they come with brand new OE pipes to elimate the std heater/cooler all together this no only lets the coolent system run alot cooler it also allows you to continue using a std g60 oil filter aswell .

w5dpo are standard plugs for the g40 and can be used with no problems in ANY tuned g60.

evrybody need to run a catch tank really they cost from 89p up to £85.00 depending on how posh a catch tank you require.

45power'd have you also removed the carbon canister ? the boost return will make NO differance to your fuel unless as andrew mentions you are going WOT in every gear before gearchanges to hear noises.. :lol:

can i just also add guy that we didnt do this product for the noise... there are other valuable reasons for this mod the noise is just somthing that came as part of it... "just so you dont think this is a chav mod i felt i had to just mention that :lol:"

PVW is shite and gets worth every month, I went into Smiths today to get a copy just for this article but ended up reading it in there and buying Golf+ instead, far better technical stuff in there and they feature proper modified VW's not £20k Rice'd up mongrels.. ok ok ok so since when has a retro mk1 derby been a 20k rice mongrel then.... :lol: :lol:
