Good for you, I hope your neighbours stay safe and healthy. I put my wife and daughter through university so they could be nurses. My wife is now a matron in Barnsley she’s just done 12 days on then 3 off, things are going to get tough and then it’ll all shut down this is just the start. If people keep moving about and passing it on, innocent people who would have lived a lot longer are going to die.

I’ve had a text from the government to stay in. It doesn’t mention volunteering to do stuff for free or carry on as normal. I’m self employed and will get nothing from the state at this point but will do my bit as advised by them as I don’t want to be getting infected or infecting any one else willy nilly, it’s like jumping on a motor bike and going to see my mates at Matlock at the weekend, I wouldn’t do it it’s just selfish and the quicker people realise the quicker this will be over.

Look what I found for you cressa whilst on a tidy up

Good luck with your project and parts mate. I’ve got to ask though. I’m tipping that’s a right hand drive car, don’t they have left hand drive cars in Canada ?

Looks lovely

Luckily my car lost drive last night so I can fill my time investigating and fixing that as well as my new rear calliper install. I feel really blessed at the moment.
-
They’ve got the local drive in hand car wash open down the road. Can’t see that’s too essential in times like these.

At least it’s fixed and working. You must now be the OE air con expert. Well done that man. Shame you can’t go out and celebrate.

Both are nice, for me though easypops’ just about nudges in front. But I’m biased as I have black crinkle in my bay. Thankfully mines been living in the car. Good luck all though things are definitely coming together. engine that is as you all probably know I don’t have a schrick

No worries, Vince put it on when I had the turbo stuff done. It’s sealed on with a sealant he uses though. Not sure about sensor either although I think he welded a boss on for the oil return off of the turbo. There was a group buy many moons ago, a few of us bought them off of Pat mycrotch or similar. Photos have gone though

Part Number: 021103601L Description: 24V VR6 baffled sump I have this sump fitted Hasan. It bolts straight on and your original dip stick and oil pump remain the same. It’s virtually the same size as the tin pressed job you are removing but is cast ally with baffling

Thanks for your kind offer Keyo but I’ll leave mine as it is for now mate, it isn’t too bad, just fancied a new one, as you do. I didn’t need it I just wanted it.

Doesn’t look like the gear knobs coming off the firm you found, I’ve had a refund today. Have you heard anything Keyo

I wouldn’t stop drinking beer you’ll probably come to your senses 😂😂

Nice progress, looks brand new. Forum is a lot better off for the photos in this type of quality build

Think they were just the door cards that were sold for that, nothing else included. Still a good buy though.

What's the most non-intrusive way to make say... 250-300ish (crank) hp?
1xshaunx1 replied to corrado33's topic in Engine Bay
To get more power worth the money spent will alter how your bay looks full stop. With any modifications there will compromises, it depends what you are happy with. The schrik has to come to off to change the plugs, a supercharger worth having makes a whine that did my nut in, a turbo’d engine needs more thought about cooling depending on your turbo type. Even if you fix all that up to how you want it something else will break or pack in cause they is old, you have to expect issues, if you replace or refurbish everything and leave it standard it’s still not finished forever. You are just in between issues. -
I’m hoping mines the same or a plug come loose. I found this out when going for a test run after changing rear discs and bearings, while doing this I also noticed that on one side the handbrake isn’t working properly so ideally need new callipers as well now, but they are 28 years old. Sometimes though it gets on your nerves.

It happens to us all, my headlights packed in in the week, so I’ll be spending the afternoon finding out why this is.

Sprinter is doing the tabs, but for himself to recon light units. He posted something a few months back, seemed expensive, but I suppose he is trying to make a living and done the development and sourcing. It’s an option. Last page I think but the photos have gone. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?108253-We-also-did-some-new-parts-535853813-A01C/page5

Car will not crank, OEM anti theft alarm system control module?
1xshaunx1 replied to almeidk's topic in ICE 'n' Secure
I’m going for the starter motor it wiring or battery. Tipping it’s not liked sitting there freezing it’s tits off and not much use. I’d put a new battery on it or jump it with your dads car. -
