I too have an aluminium radiator it’s an Arlows Racing one, I got it off EBay. The thing to watch out for is some don’t have different size inlet and outlet, the original has a larger bore bottom pipe connection. It was dearer but seemed better than the also European Woley radiator. Mine fits well to the bottom crossmember, however I did grind the little tabs off the back so the standard fan set up would fit once I’d dremeled the holes for the bolts for it as they were slightly off, same for the rad sender this fowled on the fan cowling so dremeled a bit off that there. Sealed the new rad sender with locatite 577. Done. That bit took 15 mins. Then made a couple of bracket to hold it to the slam panel when that was refitted. They took 1/2 hour messing about. The best thing about fitting one of these is that you haven’t got that plastic elbow thing just waiting to let go one day and it is better cooling. If you want some photos pm your email and I’ll send you some. Think it was 8 x m6 blots and washers and 2 strips of brass I cut off a bit of plate I had. Cheers Shaun Shaun

Thanks for the spares Kieran, was nice to meet you too mate. I can see your points about selling up. Although if I’m honest I like your Corrado more than the golf. Good luck though ;)

Unbelievable I’d be getting a new wife. Lmao. Good luck Keyo, if it’s as good in flesh as the photos suggest you’ll be waving it good bye before next Sunday

If there is fluid coming out of the gear box it will be the clutch slave cylinder. I agree with Si though jack it up, top the reservoir up and stamp them peddles, if it’s losing fluid as fast you say you’ll soon see where from.

Nice story. I Hope the new job and car serve you well.

I’ve had a few Corrado’s Cloth is ok Leather is better and easier to keep clean. Corrado Recaros are the comfiest on a long journey by far. Have leather so easy to keep presentable as well as comfy.

Kicked in the nuts there, I hope time and your love of the Corrado and pooch is a distraction from the sad times you have gone through, certainly sounds like you are on the up. Good luck going forward matey.

Wish you well with it matey, I know it’s been an ordeal getting it sorted. Fingers crossed you’ve found the man that can.

If you remove the cover. I’m pretty sure you can test the mechanism manually with an Allen key or something along those lines. If you test it manually and it is smooth etc then motor is a good call

Got them cheers Jon.

Ton banana. Love an easy cost free fix

I’m a bit jealous. Finding a shop to take that on at the minute for a reasonable price seems a bit elusive at the he mo, so good stuff.

Look better but I think I’d put a tinted film on them especially with dark coloured body colour.

I think whoever comes up with the passenger side one will make a mint. 200 will shift in a couple of weeks when word gets about. I have 2 drivers ones but no passenger ones, used my last one on my old blackberry cause the one I put on was a couple of mill out and annoyed me, not as annoying as not having one now for a door I want spraying on this. Got to put a photo in lol

Yes first stereo I plugged in with a connector powered the blue and white wire. All sorts of buzzing and funky stuff happening. Removed it from the car connector plug and all was good! Blue and white wire is to do with speed sensor stuff, so when spoiler goes up etc. When has 12volts in circuit throws a lot of stuff up in the air.
