By the look if your avatar 4stud looks like you already did :) Seriously though, this stuff is highly theoretical nowhere near the application stages, let alone being reproducible (hence the cold fusion quip). If you really want advice Potatonet, stick to using the stuff your President is invading countries the world over for. -

Dan which part of SW are you from - I was in Brecon last week. Welcome to the forum
-
exactly like mine a few months ago - you'll have to go through the rigamarole of replacing sensors and the radiator thermoswitch - its definately and electrical issue and you need to check the cylindrical loom connector directly underneath the aux water pump. Mine was leaking and dripping coolant into the connector causing a short. Also check the loom going into the back of the instrument panel

I saw it yesterday as well!!! not difficult to spot though - looks like a monster - it was on the M3/M27 junction. Theyve also got a Skoda Octavia VRS - IN BLACK Talking about fast fuzzy motors they had that police Lambo on the gumball rally start on 5th gear - nice to see our taxes are being spent wisely -
seems I came a cropper with this particular 'Store Manager' - he did have a bit of a Nazi power complex. The ironic thing is my battery isnt even a year old!
-
cheers dr_mat, I'll look forward to the conjecture :thumb right:

I find it a bit embarrassing at times when it tries too hard in copying TG - they tried a digital lap board at one stage - Two things annoy me though --an ad break five minutes into the program and those bloody competitions from which they triple their money and give odds worse than the likelihood of John Prescott earning an honest crust

Possible winner for funniest read of the month

Hilarious indeed - why did the Mods lock it as soon as he started to cry? It could have been a much lengthier piece of class entertainment The weight thing is pure class - this guy could make millions with his weight disappearing act - NASA has already been on the phone looking for the man. What a prize TW4T!! - lets try and get him onto this forum and come up with some more voodoo physics.....yum yum -
Sorry to resurrect this one but I bought my Halfords battery last September and it has gone caput. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt and despite the fact that it still looks brand spanking new and has Halfords written down the side, when I took it in today the manager refused even to raise a cedit note let alone provide a refund. Basically says that no receipt - cant help you. Surely they must have a way of ageing thee batteries (serial numbers?) Do I need a receipt for faulty goods anyway? Legal advice mucho appreciated here!!

Dr Forinor, that first pic is good - submit it for the calendar
-
Yes! I've got them on mine
-
The thing is - if they did it to your Corrado, how are they gonna find a new one of those?
-

If your other lines are the early rubber type you have to change all of them for the braided ones ~ 6 intotal, two conversion lines for the rear and the replacement ones for the front and rear axle can I ask why you need to replace all of em?
