people overtaking push bikes, tractors and horses, regardless of the road ahead. ive lost count of the number of times ive come round a corner to find someone on my side overtaking a bike or a horse. some people must develop extra sensory perception for overtaking slow vehicles

cheers mate, ive lost the manual and the kw site doesn't have that info or strangely an email address? will give them a call tomorrow and try to get a copy of the manual. i would imagine that those settings you have give a pretty firm ride? it would be interesting to see how the higher spring rate works with my 4 pot as opposed to your 6 pot.

what settings are people using with their kw v3's? im using the springs that came in the kit but im not sure what rates they are. ive just been trying to get some ride comfort but not sure where to start from, any hints? cheers

are volkswagon classic parts selling corrado stuff yet? i know they are starting to sell rallye stuff again

most poly bushes are 2 piece items and don't have a metal outer sleeve. when you have the old bush out, it literally takes 5 minutes to put the poly bushes in! you put 1 piece in either side of the hole in the beam and push a metal sleeve through the 2 pieces. job done. it took me just over 1 hour to replace the offside rear beam bush on mine with a poly bush. that was from jacking the car up to washing my hands after! (the other side was a little longer :bad-words: ) they are a little harder than standard, but if you run coilovers then you won't notice a little more vibration.

i had zimms on my car for years with no problems at all. worked ok but did fade when used really hard.

Blow torch from halfords for £10 will do nicely. Takes minutes if u get it nice and hot

i had a mobile fitter replace mine, he is a mate though and done an excellent job using pilkington glass and new trims
