Well, last year we were only taking photos from the actual month. I think we should see what people come up with. I assume that there will be lots of snow entries for both months?

Well, last time we had a thread for offering pictures, then a voting thread when the month ends. I'll create a December and a January thread now. Same rules as last time.

Yeah, went a hell of a distance, and was fast. Must admit I was a little alarmed at seeing the bonnet used as a sedge as a young lady died up this way last Feb doing exactly the same on a Land Rover bonnet. Slipped so fast and so far she went under a low wire fence :pale: I noticed you had the same sort of fence at the bottom of your hill. Yeah, I forgot about that. The fence is almost unreachable on the sledge, although we were trying to get enough speed up to make it up the other side to the fence :lol: The fence is stock fencing, so will act as a large net. More at risk from the frozen cow sh!t under the snow. Gives you a very sore arse. Started my valver today for the first time in about 2 months :( first turn of the key and she was off. Brakes are well stuck on though, think the worn out front pads (i.e. metal back plates) might have rusted to the disks.

Used to make jumps at the bottom when it snowed before. Would have loved to have tried the snowboard again today, but my mate had to go to work.

Yup. Set 2 teeth to marks on the block, lock the cams, chains on, job is done.

Cracked or arcing coil pack maybe. Clean it off and spray with WD40 and see if that helps.

For a 4 cylinder stick with VW, apart from the gearbox mount, which I've replaced with a GSF Mk2 Diesel item as it's solid rubber.

Think of the first bit in brackets as turning the function on, then the second turning it off. [word] turns on, [/word] turns off. Same for bold, , Image, , URL,

2 pin connector, drops down through a hole under the airbox.

There are 2 bolts holding it to the block, if I remember correctly. Access from underneath, 17mm heads I think. Don't know about your other questions though. Sorry!

Yeah seems to be consistent with what I am hearing Though again I don't want to drop it too far else it will be completely impractical D: Still, at least both are better than OEM setup :D That's the benefit. My VR is too low right now, I want V1s so I can wind it back up a bit.
