537 - Oxygen Sensor Control 561 - Mixture Adjustment Control 553 - Mass Air Flow Sensor -G70 513 - Engine Speed Sensor - G28 - Idle speed too low, too high or signal malfunction. Might actually be related to the above. Have you cleared them and checked that they come back?

I wonder if you machined a slot into each ond of the shaft and put an O-ring in the slots if this would prevent metal to metal contact and any chance of wear.

It was bit TOO much like the old Top Gear. :( They didn't actually do anything they haven't done before. That race series is just a copy of motorhome and bus racing. There was the usual power test that even Clarkson didn't care what the result was, pointless nobody plugging their latest film/book/album, the news, and that Twingo test was just a copy of the Fiesta test. Clarkson just found different ways to destroy this one. Bored now. :( Only caught the last 30 mins, but it seemed a lot better than most of the recent episodes.

Looks like it's been modified so it doesn't need the clip Rob. Which is nice. But it's been bent, so it doesn't work right.

All corrados are OBD1 unless they have been converted afterward. The rocker cover has nothing to do with the engine management type, but they do change, from a metal unit to a plastic one. The metal cover fits over studs in the head, the plastic one has bolts in it to clamp it down.

Is your servo playing up?

Your PCV valve is cracked and oil is dripping on the exhaust manifold. Possibly.
