    I have been watching old overhaulin tv show on Dave (am a pikey and refuse to pay for sky) I really am impressed with his drawings and want to do a corrado version. Has anyone done similar or got any decent pics for inspiration? I've been out and lunch to the local art shop and bought some nice paper and some pens :lol: Also one of the lads i work with has drawn his car up in cad, so i have to do some 2d corrado plans as well.

    Galaxy S3 Always used Chrome, Have tried on the standard "internet" it comes with and does the same. Its usually the "new posts" sections that does it, i normally come to site and just click "new posts" and get a page showing the threads, it will display fine but after a few seconds its goes all strange and jumbled. Will try and get a screenshot. Sorry for the vagueness to begin with :lol: Reminds me of the IT crowd sketch. "computers broke, making bing bong noises"

    Still having the problem on my phone, tried a few things but doesn't stop it happening, forum pretty much unusable on my phone unless i keep refreshing things and clicking links quickly before the text goes all jumbled.

    Fronts should come on on their own with the left button. When you turn the rears on (right button) the fronts also come on regardless of if the left button is on or off. So you do have a fault imo.

    Easy to replace. Might be worth checking it's not a hose clip thats perished. Happened to me.

    Most people i've seen replace their rad with an aftermarket one seem to complain its not very good and leaks. I would try and get a genuine one from VW, but with the prices these days its probably better sense to get a custom one made up by one of these fancy rad/intercooler companies. Thats what i think i'll be doing. Bought one from VW a few years back, about £200 and i swear it has small leaks, (can see pink coolant crust on it)

    Nothing wrong with the victor reinz stuff, Vince at stealth is using them on my bottom end build. And i've bought the top end gasket set for the rest. I can't really see any difference to the VW ones.

    Have a look at the por15 stuff. Ideal for under the car. And then can brush or spray on some schutz. I still find it best to totally sand or grind off all the visible rust instead of just spraying something over it.

    I thought i heard once that red badged VR's had a distributor and Silver badged one had a coilpack. Not sure how accurate that is.

    I use the lead removal tool to push the leads back onto the plugs. Makes it a bit easier.

    I had a great local VW parts department, but VW shut it down, the one i have to use now isn't very welcoming and really dull, no one there has showed any interest in the car at all. Very depressing. I hardly use them now, unless its essential. I am sure a couple of the guys from the VW garage i used to use now work in the audi garage, but i've not been yet.

    I gave up on tapatalk over a year back, was so many times it didn't work and then i would come back and it had thought i'd read all the posts on last visit so showed me no new posts. Meaning i had to check each section of the site for new posts. Will try and delete cookies etc on my phone and see if that helps.
