what you need is a big turbo to heat up fast....that will clear it quick! -
um...he still is.

is this the same car as that vortex link?
-
As long as the speed was 30mph or higher you would notice it. It does sound like front discs, best to replace with a good quality brand as ive had many cheap discs warp after a short distance and started using oem or good brands like ebc etc It might still be worth poping to an mot station to ask if they can check for brake vibration to confirm this.

Yet again i do not want to get caught in crossfire but can we see a pic of these damaged wheel arch liner ? -
Most pedal vibrations are from the front brakes, but rears can also cause this,go for a drive and pull the handbrake on gradually when moving,if the rears were out then the lever would judder and you can feel it through the car,if nothing at all then its the fronts. :(

There is no chance i would work on my car at this time of year!!! Brrrr :reindeer: -
Probably is the discs, front or rear..pop to a mot test station and ask them to check for imbalance on the mot brake rollers.

so what rims you getting again? Car is in bodyshop but its being done on the cheap as i know the painters,so it will be next year before it gets paint on which gives me plenty of time to accumulate the mass of new parts to go on :norty:
-
Yours always looks good shaun with or without your new paintjob  im curious to know what new wheels you got lined up for it.. Nope, got loads of room now,and the wheel will have to be seriously pushed up into the arch to rub anything off....if i did its just a quick touch up.

Were is your air intake ? must be low to do this? Was this on way to DNE meet? -
the downpipe end (depending on which make 6 branch) will have a flexible joint, this you are better off taking old to a motor factors to get mached up.
