    Nut job

Not sure if 16v's are the same as vr's and I take it u mean the nuts on the top mounts in which case its a 22mm, you'll need a dog leg ring spanner and a 7mm allen key to undo these, either that or someone with an airgun :D
  4. If the rear set up uses the solid disks then you can just bolt them on and like dinkus said u will need hoses. However If they are the vented rears then I dont think they'll fit.
  5. What's up with the head? I was watching that on egay as well.
  6. Cheers :) . I am not 100% happy with the rear lights they need another going over and clear top coat to get a better finish. Will try and get some interior shots this weekend.
  7. Cheers guys. Its starting to come together slowly. Have an increasing pile of engine parts that need fitting .. thats next, then off to the body shop in the new year.
  8. Audi TT wheels with fit as they are also 5x100. A4's, A6's etc use 112pcd though.
  9. That is truely stunning! Love the interior! Maybe a set of clear side repeaters to finish it off?
  10. Weitecs fitted. Supersprint fully fitted now (unsilenced centre section) New gauge rings fitted. really pleased with them! ...pic to come uploader is dead slow
  11. Its a very basic traction control. I would get the abs looked into though need to scan with vagcom, might be a faulty sensor.
  12. Might be worth a shot .. Are u running the later Blue expansion bottle cap? As if your running the standard black one it might not be depressurising properly.
  13. Hi Edd I have a slightly worked (internally smoothed) throttle body if you need it.
  14. Stealth charge ~$800 + vat for clutch and chains. And I think £1500 for a full head over haul,( head rebuild, new tappets etc) including clutch and chains.

    Exhaust Bore

Hi can someone confirm the exhaust bore on the VR I am sure its 2.25" (58mm) ?
  16. Very nice wheels! but be warned I used to run 19's on my MKIV golf and the ride / handling was terrible (looked great though). IMO I wouldn’t fit bigger that 18's on the beetle unless you can live with the poor ride quality.

    The tatty bits

The roof trims you can just run a knife down and remove the rubber. Mine were the same.
  18. I ve heard that PI springs work well with the corrado. Also HR and weitec.
  19. Just fitted my suspersprint exhaust, pretty much the same as standard noise wise. Although it does have a little more purpose at idle. Here's a quick vid
