  5. i had the same thing. what i done was change insurance to new car so you can benefit from no claims. i then got a seperate "off-the-road policy" ( cant remember what they called it now) to cover corrado which was dirt cheap and alot cheaper then insuring both

  12. my one did however tight i done it up the rack it still moved slightly. i fitted a poly one which solved the problem. i didnt have as bigger issue as described above tho just a little bit of movement that was minor but annoying
  13. im surprised no one has started buying up standard lights and tinting them to sell on they allways go quick! any volunteers? im after a set..

  15. you can get away with just using a normal bolt and using a prybar to hold at correct tension while doing it up. i snapped mine once and done this until i found one

  17. got a few coats of gloss on today. its taking shape... [ATTACH=CONFIG]81677[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]81678[/ATTACH] parts sent for powdercoating too... also bought a stainless exhaust manifold... [ATTACH=CONFIG]81679[/ATTACH] might actually be able to start re-assembly soon :dance:
  18. i had this happen when the u clamp that holds rack to the subframe wasnt done up tight enough. the rack can move slightly. i tightened them up and it solved the problem
