Do not fit standard discs ! Their discs are more recessed so the calipers fit behind a standard wheel.Mine are 280 mm but they do go larger -

I've done close to 100k on my Hi-Specs,can't fault them,Make sure the hoses are the right length, the corrados are longer then the Golfs. They did make a note of it when I bought mine,so you should be ok.easier for me,as they are only 1/2hr away -
Andy fitted mine in 2012,had a little problem with it,(not locking doors) met up with Andy, fixed it for me, Truly a great guy, anyone want a top alarm, immobiliser, give him a call

These are obsolete, what a lot of us are having to do is have it reconditioned. http://www.pastparts.co.uk/ This company will take your cylinder, rebore it,then sleeve it using a stainless tube, and fit all new seals. I had mine done last year, and the pedal feel is better then ever

Was it properly warmed up ! Could you not give it a bit of a "thrash" right before the MOT?

Black C,ending in TUV,about 5:50am on the Sevenoaks bypass, managed a wave as you hit Mach 4 and went by me 😀

I don't think there was a guide, D&G or Stealth used to fix them
