    I found out pretty quickly that the e46 mirror fouls the passenger sun visor. Do you happen to know if either the 1 series or mini use the same attachment point? There are some good mirrors from those 2 cars and they don't command the 'M' money.

    Hmm! There is a bit of food for thought for the future! They looked like 312s. I wonder if they will fit under my wheels, not that wheels would stop me....

    Where from Sean? Larkspeed seems the best price around at the moment. I find mine rides pretty well actually, it just appears worse than it is due to the rattles!

    Hose clamp pliers are the name of the tool if that is what you were asking? I know draper do a set that does most. On Amazon for 40 odd quid.

    All cars had snow studded tyre fitted. My guess that the new tyres didn't come in bling oz size.

    That light only works when the handbrake is on and the fluid is low as far as I can remember. Is the handbrake switch ok?

    I use febi ones, no complaints here.

    I'd think that's a bit on the wide side but should just about fit. It would be tight. I'd be more concerned about the inner clearance to the suspension though.
